5/3/23-Picture speaks for itself. This is used to be the best place in town to grab a pie. It’s a shame this is what it’s turned into. Pizza hasn’t even been attempted to be cut and what’s with the toppings all being on one side? Almost looks like they lost control of it getting it out of the oven and everything slid.

Love the pizza, but tonight (7/29/22 @ 530pm) the cashier failed to ring up our pizza meal as a Family Feaster. My wife stated that it was ordered as a feaster, but the cashier said “well, thats not how I rung it up” and then charged her $55 for 2 pizzas and sticks, as well as another $3 for pop. This is the second time this particular woman has screwed us over on a feaster deal. From now on we will order from Log Cabin, at least until these rude and incompetent employees are reprimanded.

If I could leave 0 stars I would, placed an online order from DoorDash for French toast sticks that were about $3….Mr. T’s then proceeded to accept the order even though they had NO FRENCH TOAST STICKS!!! They took the opportunity to change my order to $10 mozzarella sticks?!?!?! First of all…I did not order motz sticks, and second of all, don’t change my order without asking me!!! After I discovered this I called the store and received the WORST customer service EVER, The lady admitted to changing my order, and then kept hanging up on me, I asked her to speak to a manager and she hung up, I called again and asked her to take my name and phone number she said “okay” and then hung up again, absolutely the WORST employee I’ve ever come across…I worked in fast food for a long time and would never treat someone the way she treated me this morning. Disgusting customer service!

Came in around 6/7 am to get some things for work brown haired lady kinda curly hair was so rude for no reason. I politely asked where they kept a certain beverage she gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. I asked again and she finally pointed while making the same ugly face. What’s the point in working in customer service if you don’t like doing customer service things lol?

Tonight we I ordered pizza. To be precise I ordered a medium pizza and bread sticks. Assuming that I could order pizza and my wife could pick it, we planned for that. When my wife arrived she picked up pizza under or last name and the owner or manager stated my first name affirming that it was our pizza. Little did we know until she returned home with two pizzas and bread sticks. I was taken back and she didn’t know that they gave her the incorrect order. I called them and informed them of the mistake, and they informed me that when they gave her the pizza that she confirmed that she was “Sally”. This is obsurd, and my wife has managed to make it 30 years knowing her first name. That being said, they did offer to bring us our original order, which is great… and they did. When I called to get a refund for the total that they charged us for, approx $30 (my order was $18), I was told they would not refund us money. They also told us that they wouldn’t give us a credit for pizza. The owner told me, “we don’t even have to bring you your pizza”, “it was your mistake, she told me her name was sally”. He was extremely rude and when I told him that I thought that his handling of the discrepancy was totally wrong, he again repeated the above. I was blown away by this business practice and the way that he handled himself on the phone. I would give them a zero if I could and I would highly recommend never buying anything from this business.
