Terrible customer service. First they don’t greet you, second they can’t hear your order you have to repeat yourself 2x, and third they give you the wrong order. The people give YOU the stink eye when they are the ones giving you the wrong order. Croissant is drenched in butter and coffee has no sugar when we ordered with 4 sugars. This location and franchise has gone down hill. No consistent staff here, they have staff turn over galore! Last week I went to Starbucks for the first time…TOTALLY different experience. Starbucks is the Chick-fil-A of fast food. Starbucks exceeds their reputation. This is the end of the Dunkin Donuts era for me. Very, very disappointed!!! How does this place stay in business? Ordered on the mobile app. Was made to wait 15 min in the drivethru before anyone acknowledged me. It was so long the guy behind me was honking his horn. When I got to the window the employee told me they had nothing of what I ordered including coffee! I asked if she would refund my money as I paid ahead in the app. She told me no and said it could be done in the app. I didn’t see anywhere in the app to get a refund. When I asked her again and I complained how long the wait was only to not have what I ordered. she said she was the only one there. When I asked what to do about refunding my money, she closed the window and walked away. Never apologized. She could have put my refund on a gift card. The customer service on the app is just as bad. They opened a “case file’ and will reach out to me in two days. They need to learn customer service and how to run an app from Starbucks.

Very disappointed. This location is almost always out of something. Today was no different. The woman taking the order through the drive-thru had attitude and kept cutting me off. I asked for a small iced coffee with very light cream and she added 4 extra pumps of cream which I didn’t notice until I was on the road. It basically looks like milk and is inedible. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I’d rather pay more somewhere else and get less attitude and much better quality food and drink.

They’re okay. There are many times where we go there even in the morning and they are out of this donut or that one. They also tend to screw up orders, I asked for two chocolate covered with sprinkles and got two strawberry covered with sprinkles… I hate strawberry on donuts. Big waste of time or money but I also made the mistake of not checking it before I left the drive-thru.

Upset and disappointed. Wanted to order at most, three doughnuts and ended up with only one because the worker said that they only had one doughnut available. We grabbed the bag and it was the wrong order which the worker who had got back from throwing away thrash said they close in 30 minutes. We had asked for a refund of the money, and they said we would have to come back the next day for it… while we the customer have to accommodate to their ways because a manager wasn’t in the building.

I have tried this location 4 times and each time has been terrible. I give up and will be going elsewhere in the future. The food is always terrible- burnt, not made correctly, or just bad. My coffee is always poorly made. Any toppings you are supposed to get with it are always left out. They forget everything you need most of the time- napkins, straws, etc. The workers are unprofessional and have poor customer service skills. You wait forever for them to finally acknowledge that you’re at the speaker, waiting in the drive thru, and then the workers are laughing into the mic playing around with each other. And they are SO slow. Takes them half an hour to get through a 5 car line, it’s ridiculous. Hopefully management see enough of these honest reviews and will provide proper training to their employees.

Went through the drive thru just now. Frosted donut given to us upside down in the bag, no napkins and rude at the window. Also ordered and cinnamon raisin bagel and got a plain. It was fast. So fast they practically threw it at us when we got to the window.

On a regular basis the lines are backed up to far in comparison to customers, service seems to be a different person everytime. They don’t appear to care about what the are doing. Now to top it all off 3 out of last 4 visits they haven’t had an item that was wanted. The lady visit I just left after waiting 20 minutes ( I was next to order with no cars ahead except the one ordering). I then went in store and all customers had been served yet items were being made…. I assume those were online orders. I get that may be the new business model, but address the desk level tactics geez.
