This location is one of the best in town. The owner, Robin, is a great person and puts so much care into the sandwiches. The rest of the staff is really well trained. My order always comes out neat and exactly how I want it, not like other places I’ve visited. I’m always buying the 6ft platters for my employees as a treat. They love it! I highly recommend these guys and would give a higher rating if I could. Stop by and check them out for yourself.

I’m from Cali and I’ve never heard of Port of Subs. I work in a small office and everyone makes a suggestion for lunch and it’s usually a sandwich . So I’ve had many different sandwiches. I have to say I love love love Port Of Subs. The staff was friendly and I was amazed that they cut your lunch meat and cheese while you order. Everything was fresh and vibrant the establishment was clean and parking was a breeze. The brownies were one of the best brownies I’ve had. I need one a Port of Sub near me:) Try this place you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Port of Subs since they opened their first stores in the late 70’s. The store on Mill Street near Renown is my go to location. The food is always fresh and the staff, friendly and professional. No matter how busy they are they greet you with a smile and take great care of your order. I’ve been to other Port of Subs locations but the Mill street store is far and above the best.

If I could give a10 star rating, I would! Our company ordered a very large lunch today to be delivered and the manager Robin delivered the order himself and was even early! He overheard some employees asking why we didn’t order desserts and Robin came back with desserts! Robin’s customer service was by far the best I have received in a very long time! The food was exceptional! Thank you Robin and your team for going above and beyond!

This place is next to Renown hospital. We wanted to get a platter for the nurses taking care of our mom and they did awesome. They had no problem making it during their lunch rush and with only 3 employees and many in line. Great service and great place to go for good food and good people. Thank you.

The man who manages this place is AWFUL!!! He is so controlling and mean to his employees. He micromanages them and criticises them in front of customers. He tells them to only put the tiniest amount of meat and veggies on the sandwiches. He watches their every move it is so uncomfortable to watch the interaction. As a customer, you have pay for extra meat just to get the normal amount that every other store gives. He hordes the napkins behind the counter and when I asked for some he gave me one and was rude about it. I have been to every port of subs around this town and this is by far the worst. Someone please send him for a training day at the Baring or Galleria locations.
