Ordered delivery yesterday and the food arrived late, cold and there was a hair in the fries. Not enough seasoning on the fries either as I had specified extra (but stopped eating them pretty quickly once hair was discovered). Chicken was nasty weird bits in it. I used to love wingstop but this was truly awful experience. Won’t be ordering again.

They charged me for a combo even though I said multiple times I don’t want a combo but the cashier proceeded to charge me the combo, they also charged my friend a combo. i don’t know if the cashier was new or something but I told him 4 times I do not want the combo, on top of that i asked if they could give me a refund before they even made my food but they said I have to wait 2-3 days to get my money back ( I paid with cash) and they were kind of passive aggressive, they also gave me wrong flavors and the potatoes were cold… experience was very frustrating.

This is the third and last time I order here using Ubereats. I keep getting the wrong order. It’s really frustrating to order food late, just to find out it’s not your order when you get it. Please attention when you’re packing orders. Yes I was able to get refunded but I’d rather have my food. ♀️

Let’s start with how cheap this wingstop has become, they no longer have insulated cups and on top of that is charging over $3 for a cup of ice! Also, if you want any flats in your order, you’re gonna have to pay the extra fee because my 20 piece order was all drums !

I generally love wing stop but this is the worst wing stop I’ve been to. There was hardly any seasoning on the fries or wings. The fries were hard as if they had been frozen and then microwaved. The ranch was super runny as if they had added milk to make it go further. They have a very small selection of drinks. But the worst part is, one of the terrible items above gave me the most explosive diarrhea I’ve ever had. I woke up in a sweat at 1 am with immense pain from my intestines. I was up the rest of the night shooting out everything I had in my system as well as some blood. This is worse than the gummy bears. People who have to clean out their systems before colonoscopies should come here cuz I’m definitely primed and ready after the night I had. Thankfully they gave me a refund which is more than other commenters have gotten. However they wouldn’t do it on the phone and made me drive all the way back.

Came to buy some wings after work. The staff informed me that I had to wait 15 minutes. After 20 minutes they forgot to make my order, started to give food to people who came in after me and ordered. I only ordered a 1 person meal and it took 30+ minutes. I have been to many Wingstop locations and this is by far the worse.
