I have compared Moe’s and Chipotle. Moe’s is better. However I can’t figure out how either stay in business. This is easy comfort food that you can make at home. You pay a premium at both for food that isn’t as good as you can do yourself. Eating out should be more than convenient. The guacamole is better at Moe’s. For all the hype, Moe’s queso is bland and watery. Skip it or buy a whole bottle at Walmart that’s much better. Moe’s chips are horrible! They have an after taste. Yuck. No wonder they come with your meal, no one would pay for them. Only redeeming thing – you can go low carb if you use a lettuce base, and the meat options are good…seem higher quality than Chipotle.

We made an order online, drove here and waited 20 minutes to allow them time to prepare the food. After the 20 minutes, walked in to get our food, it wasn’t even started. There was one other person waiting inside. Didn’t receive our condiments in the bag. On top of that, we’ve ordered through DoorDash a couple times before then and never received our condiments either. Do not recommend this location.

Ordered to go and we received no condiments we ordered my sons chocolate chip cookie and juice box was missing , the steak tasted way over seasoned and my husband burrito was made completely wrong. Neither burritos got the sauce out on that we ordered. Upon picking up they said “we’re closed” before I even made it all the way in the door even though people were eating in the dining room. 0 stars. Waste of money.

The salsa bar didn’t have everything out on it, the table had garbage sitting under it, and it was dimly lit. One of the cups in the stack of cups we were given for water had pen writing on it “Adriana wuz here” (or something like that). I did give it back to the employee to get another one, and he sheepishly took it and gave me a new one. The employees were nice, the food was decent, but I was disappointed in my overall visit.

I had the veggie burrito which was very good no complaints. The only complaints I would have as far as food is the salsa bar was running low almost empty on two of them. The service was okay I think they were training people seem like some knew what they were doing some didn’t have any idea what they were doing. As far as the atmosphere I didn’t mind the music being played but way too loud.

This was a week ago. Do not like the changes they made now they have just corn they don’t have the corn sauce at like they used to. When I went there asked for extra steak the container was almost empty and it was gonna be 20 minutes before steak was ready. He said it was extra steak but it did not look like it the tomato It has the onions and stuff in it we’re no tomatoes just onion and Mostly water. Asked if they had me more and they said no. So I said forget it and was just gonna leave the guy had an attitude and looked like he was mad because I didn’t want the food he started. Well if you want to sell me something have the items to make the food otherwise why are you open.

Ordered online, walked in to no greeting, got to the counter (where employee and manager had ‘to go’ bags). Employee asked me what I needed and I told him I had a to go order and my name. Manager was working on register. Employee asked him which bag he had, and without looking up, he shoved the bag across the table at me and said ‘here’ without even looking up at me. At that point I leaned down into his line of sight to ask if he was the manager and he said yes. Shame on you! Food is expensive these days. As a manager, who should be setting an example, at least have the decency to look me in the eye before shoving food across the table at me. I can take my money elsewhere, where I’m better treated. I’m not surprised that at lunch time, the restaurant was almost completely empty.

Service here is hit or miss. Sometimes, I get great servers, and sometimes I deal with people who seem like they want to off themselves. We often try to smile and joke with the employees, and they just stare at you emotionless and unamused. It doesn’t leave you with a pleasant taste for the place. The food is always delicious though.

Every time we come here something happens. Today my wife ordered online and when she arrived at the designated time they had not completed our order due to being out of the meat we requested. They called my wife 2 minutes before it was due to be ready and did not leave a message. Once we corrected the issue they were in no hurry to make our meals. Absolutely awful customer service.

I love Moe’s, I think it’s very yummy. But, everytime I order romaine lettuce I either get an attitude or told they don’t have any till I get ready to leave then they have romaine all the sudden. So annoying. Tonight I had a bad day, I walked out cause they only had romaine after I said never mind have a good night.
