Came here to celebrate my birthday weekend last month and I’m so glad that I did. I specifically came here because I follow @whatericacraves on IG . She’s a well known San Diego foodie and said that it was one of the most impressive brunches that she’s ever had and she definitely wasn’t lying. The garlic knots, the drinks, the steak & eggs, the overall presentation, the music….everything was spot on! The service was amazing and they made sure that I was taken care of throughout the entire time that I was there. Very easy to find parking if you go on Sunday, and I recommend sitting outside!! I would love to come back here with my close family or a big group of friends. The vibe was very lush, just how I like it

Salvatore’s is a modern take on Italian fare, with creative drinks and a modern environment. If you’re looking to seat more than a few guests, I recommend getting a reservation (they’re on OpenTable) and planning ahead of time. I ordered their Vodka Rigatoni, and it was cooked flawlessly. For an appetizer, try the corn salad for a fresher takes on street corn. Lastly, I ordered their Old Fashioned, which came in a flask that I got to keep! This is an excellent pick for a downtown date night.

Amazing experience here. Absolutely amazing and quick service. Staff was very friendly. Even had some stop so I could finish taking my photo before they crossed. The food was amazing and very tasty. Fire dancer was very cool to see. The lighting and music gave a chill – club atmosphere. The drinks were absolutely beautiful.

The fried olives with ricotta and honey were amazing. Swordfish was well prepared with sweet beets and bright tomatoes. The mushroom pasta with peas was rich and creamy. Wine list was mediocre. Dessert was nothing to write home about. After dinner drink menu was non-existent. Bizarre, loud music hammering over the loudspeaker was extremely annoying. Service was lacking, considering the prices. This place doesn’t know what it wants to be. While parts of it were definitely fine dining (appetizers and entrees alone were 5 stars), other parts were trying too hard to be a night club/pick-up joint. Recommend dining on the patio or getting appetizers and entrees to go. Had to lower my rating due to ambience, service, dessert and lack of digestifs, given the price.

I just went here for my 25th birthday. This restaurant is gorgeous! The food was 10/10. We ordered the mushroom pasta it was divine. We also had the prosciutto arugula pizza so good and the rib eye special obviously was to die for! The staff at this place are so sweet, couldn’t have asked for better service. Salvatore’s really made my night special!

Real cool place, with great food. The wait staff were very attentive and made sure to check on us while we were there. My wife ordered wine and I ordered an espresso martini and it was great.

Had a reservation around 11:45am today under a friends name. We got there on time and we’re seated at a booth to the left. There was already water at the table so we served ourselves and started browsing the menu. 20 minutes passed by and not one server came up to us offering any other beverage or appetizer. The restaurant was decently full and there was atleast 4-5 servers by the bar chatting away. We had to the leave the restaurant due to the fact that we had a reservation and yet we got ignored for a full 20 minutes maybe even more. Not even a apology was given when we got up and left. horrible service

Such a cute little spot. Rigatoni and tiramisu were both phenomenal. Mocktail was also very good. I’ll be back.
