I went there in the morning to get one breakfast sandwich, a large iced latte, and a doughnut. When I got to the window, I saw my bill was almost $30. I asked the woman at the window, it’s $30 for three items? She said yes and charged me. I got the receipt and saw they charged me for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Then a rude man came to the window and tried to tell me I ordered three when I ordered one. I kept telling him that I ordered one and he kept telling me I ordered three. I know what I ordered. Very unprofessional customer service, I will not be back. Worse location to go to in Bartlett. I constantly have issues with that location.

Whenever I order a coffee from here, it’s like a surprise what I am going to get. I ordered a brownie batter iced coffee and got hazelnut and then another time I ordered hazelnut coffee and only got cream. Even if you order ahead on the app and it clearly says what you ordered, they still get it wrong. Some of the employees they hire also have 0 customer service skills. Today, the girl at the window didn’t say a word to me. I thought she didn’t hear me so I said “thank you” twice but it was as if I wasn’t even there.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and unfortunately their treatment of customers gets worse daily so I will no longer be going to this location. Only the drive thru window is open and the inside has been closed for over a year. You’re forced to order through the window where they do not pay attention to your order and you have to repeat it 3-4 times. Then when you get to the window they are rude, don’t even say hello, and just stare at you for payment. Today, they wouldn’t take my Dunkin rewards after I go there a lot and use the app weekly. I sincerely hope this store improves because it turns me off to the Dunkin’ coffee brand in general. They’re just unpleasant, rude owners and employees at this location.
