To the lady that was being rude and OBNOXIOUS for exactly no reason . It’s called freedom of press & you are DEFINITELY not a victim. This lady did her ABSOLUTE best in ruining my morning when I was just trying to pick up a DoorDash order. Not only was she rude but she refused to give me her name so I had to take a picture. It’s all convenient when you have an ACTUAL picture. Lady followed me to my car screaming because she was upset that I had taken her picture and threatened to call DoorDash on me. Lol

When I was ordering, I asked for an ice water with my combo. The worker taking my order, put in a Dasani bottled water instead of my ice water. I politely asked him to change it to an ice water. He explained to me in an irritated tone that he can’t make a substitution to ice water with the combo and that is the same amount of water in a bottle or on a cup. I, frankly, didn’t want to pay $.50 extra for half as much water with no ice and a worse taste, so I asked him to cancel my combo and ring everything up separately with an ice water. For the rest of my order, he made sure with his tone of voice to make it very clear that he was annoyed with me l that I was ordering what I wanted. So needless. He could’ve just given me what I ordered the first time.

Man, this place is BAD! Took my family inside to eat on a Friday evening after shopping. The Coca-Cola tasted terrible, my Double-Quater Pounder was over flowing with onions, burnt on outside and under cooked on the inside. The meat was pink! The tables were dirty, ketchup wiped and smashed all around the fountain drink area. The female manager was not having a good night. All around, it was a bad experience. This place was great 3 years ago, not sure what bappened.

Garbage experience. We waited in the drive-thru and cars from the back of the line kept driving around and cutting off the line. When we made it up to order, our car was skipped 5 times at least as other people ordered. We tried to start ordering and asking for help, and we finally gave up.

Bread was as hard as a rock. We waited for half an hour just for no one to take our order when we got to the speaker. When we finally got our food it was all wrong, they put pickles on my burger which I specifically told them and clarified can’t be on my burger because I’m allergic. Was busy on a Sunday late morning, the drive thru was backed up. We were inside and witnessed a couple people complaining about a mixed up order. One man yelled at the manager and stormed out. Very rude. We felt bad for the employees that got yelled at. The manager even apologized to us for the scene and gave us free desserts, completely above and beyond what she had to do. I was only offended by how rude the man was.

Came here tonight for a large fry and large shake, took almost half an hour to get it, and watched the manager, named Elizabeth, get snappy with a customer over asking for a second sandwich on the order. Elizabeth was also rolling her eyes and talking with attitude towards all customers i saw her interact with. very poor management at this establishment
