Just a few weeks ago, the staff earlier in the day were decent. Nice and put out “quality” food, at least for Taco Bell. This time, the cashier had to have a stick up her bum. After basically tossing our bag of food out the window, she closed it and went away. We waited a while, but they wouldn’t come back, forcing us to have to go in and get the drink she didn’t want to give us. While my husband went and got the drink, it gave me time to check the order over more. The soft taco supremes were lacking. The meat was just a greasy mess. There was no sour cream and almost no lettuce or tomato. The regular soft taco was also missing lettuce. So in he went again to rectify their mistakes. We get mistakes happen, but it was a bit ridiculous, especially with such a flippant attitude from everyone working.

Ordered on the touch screen, which I don’t ever like doing, went to pay with cash and the order didn’t go through. I had to reorder at the counter and actually tell a person my order like in the good old days.

Worst food we have ever received from a taco bell. Nothing was made correctly. Tacos was all broken, burritos rolled up wrong, the Mexican pizza shells was uncooked (raw) towards to center. It was also on bottom of bag and everything that was supposed to be the top of it was stuck to the box lid cause it was crushed. They remade it and the shells was still not filly cooked and looked like they just threw a bunch of stuff into the box. What a shame. No pride in their work. Will not be coming back here anymore.

My husband and I came through the drive through late Wednesday night. We waited in the drive thru for over 15 mins for our food. Then when we got home, we noticed the order was completely screwed up. We order 6 items and noticed 5 items were missing. I tried to call the store, but the store was already closed. So I called the next day at 9am. The manager told me the only way to fix the issue is TO BRING LAST NIGHTS FOOD BACK!!! THIS IS INSANE!!! This Taco Bell is notorious for screwing up orders!!

Well it took 30 minutes in the drive-thru. And then they gave me the wrong order ( half of it wrong) And I don’t even like the incorrect items so I took them back and even then they didn’t realize how bad they screwed up. I was on my lunch hour and didn’t have time to get it fixed and then eat. I had to rush back to work. I wasted half my lunch time in the drive-thru. Didn’t even notice the order was wrong until I ate the first half and then when I went to go eat the other saw that it wasn’t hard shell tacos it was some type of skinny rolls that I’ve never even heard of nor ever had. They didn’t even refund me correctly but I didn’t have time to deal with it so I just left.

This Taco Bell has never been great…maybe a missed taco or incorrect order here and there but within the last few months it has really gone downhill. Yesterday 3 of the items we ordered were wrong and we were overcharged. The employees are not familiar with the menu or basic customer service skills. It is evident they have received zero training. I cannot blame them as they are young and most likely their first jobs. Management really needs to step up and care about this location. I wonder if there is even a management team in place. When we returned to tell them what was wrong with our order, they stated that they couldn’t remake the items as they ran out of onions as well as meat. We said, “okay, looks like you guys are having a hard time” and he responded, “you have no idea.” I love Taco Bell but will not be revisiting this location any time soon.

Went thru drive through on our way home 15 mins up the road. Got someone else’s order from what was likely 3 hrs earlier. Ate 1 or 2 items that were barely edible. Threw the rest away. $27 for that. Never again. Sucks because its the only taco bell anywhere near us and we’ve have always loved taco bell…even the occasional wrong orders. But the food is waaaayyyy too expensive now to not get what you paid for. They need to include receipts in the bag so you know what you paid for and have some sort of recourse. I’m sure it’s intentional.

Probably the most horrible Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. The cashier didn’t seem to understand what we wanted to order, we had to go back to the cashier multiple times to get items that were missing. Also the manager had a stank look on her face when we said bye and thank you. This place needs better staff.
