Ordered , took address was excited to try and enjoy. A mean and hateful female driver called while waiting for my food.. I’m not delivering your food! What!!! Your past where I go. Every time I come in n the young guy who works during the day with the ponytail is there it’s always something he hates his job and you can tell & why put someone in charge like that he looks evil very one worded as if your bothering him he is on Jimmy Johns clock just collecting money he’s very unwelcoming and lacks customer service very unprofessional. I want to give them a five star rating, I really do, but the skimpy meat portions held me back. Today I deviated from my standard order of either the gargantuan or double gargantuan. Those sandwiches are my standard fair because they do pack on the meat. For my sandwich today, the #5 Perfect Italian, the veggie toppings were good and the bread was its normal crispy perfection. My daughters kids meal ham & cheese looked great, and my wife’s Unwich lettuce wrap was delicious as well. This location is always nice and clean and it has a good amount of seating for a shop in a little strip of shops. Also picked up some bread, super large at an amazing price!!

I wasn’t even gonna do this but I’m still shitty . Ordered my food thru the app and went inside to pick up. I usually do check my bag before walking out but didn’t this time. Get to my car and my 2 sides of kicking ranch weren’t in there. Went back to tell them and the girl behind the counter asked the kid at the register to look and make sure I ordered it. Then she asks the dude who I’m assuming was making the food if he put them in there and he said he did. So I’m like okay well I can go get my bag and show you it’s not there. She proceeds to say, while also laughing, “well you could have taken it out of the bag”. So I’m like alright I’ll pay for 2 more then. Long story short, girl seemed like she was the manger or lead of some sort and it still really irks even tho it’s not that big of deal. But I really want her to go back and look at rhe cameras just for her to know she was in the wrong.

The worst place to eat. Manger is rude and staff following the Manger behavior. Not one person washed their hands while working different stations cash, food boxes etc. We asked for our money back and they told us No so we had to call the police. Not a family friendly place.

The 2 employees that were working in Jimmy Johns on Mothers Day 5/14/2023 were super rude and even huffed and puffed when my father mentioned that he wanted to add veggies to his sub as he didn’t know they don’t automatically come with with veggies so I do not suggest going to this store unless you want to deal with rude employees for not automatically knowing what comes on a sandwich!
