Pulled up on a early Sunday evening was unable to go to the drive-through since I was pulling a boat so I sent my son inside to go get our food and he came out a minute later saying they only take cash inside to take a card you have to go through the drive-through. It’s not like this place was busy only one other customer besides employees. I can’t help but think this is a scam in order to pocket cash I don’t think I’m wrong for thinking that.

We went just after a major storm we got caught in otw home. The line wasn’t long but the wait was like 30 mins for drive thru. Maybe they were down staff because of the storm, idk but it was a long wait.

I liked that the fish sandwiches came out blazing hot. Those other restaurants should give up making their own because this fast food chain has it on lock! Thumbs up to their Greek gyro too. My only complaint is the curly fries were less than lukewarm. Nobody likes that do they?

Went to Arbys Today while out of town for work, get to the counter, just waiting to be waiting on, which they were busy and i understand so i wait my turn for them to catch up, no big deal! i hear the Manager says once she notices the line, OH MY GOD, which again no big deal fast food can be stressful at lunch rush. Well she finally comes to the register, she stands there… says NOTHING. she stares at me, i asked “Are You Ready” she says “Are you ready” i say Yes didn’t know you were ready as you didn’t say anything but stare at me, she says well i came to the register. I let her have her moment as she must’ve been having a terrible Monday, Well, then the gentleman behind me gets there, pays he ask for his receipt, she proceeds to let him know “I don’t have no reason to not give you your receipt, i don’t keep no-ones receipt” a simple Yes Sir as soon as I finish your order ill print your receipt would’ve worked! Kindness can go a long ways these days, it don’t hurt to be nice!

Ordered a chocolate shake and 2 jamocha shakes and we got vanilla. Took them back to get them to fix it, and they wouldn’t. Also one worker won’t even let you get 2 breaths out to order before interrupting and annoyingly asking if you’re done! I didn’t pay $20 for vanilla Arby’s! DO BETTER! Went down hill ever since the ownership changed! Don’t waste your time or money. They won’t correct your order. They will tell you, “that’s just how it is”. Ma’am you are WRONG! 0 Stars!!!!
