I loved seeing all of the people just enjoying life and coffee in the place! I’m not even a coffee person, but I was super HANGRY..This location is usually top notch, but today they were off their game. I had time, so I waited for my mobile order. Although I was acknowledged many times, it took 15 minutes to find out what I ordered wasn’t available. The manager was very helpful and kind, but I am now hesitant to come back to this location. Management gave me a refund and my coffee for free. I am not mad, just disappointed in the fact that I always tell people this is the best location and I didn’t get what I needed on a personal BAD day

Needs a lot of renovations – parking lot is terrible and inside is not conducive to spending more than 10 min. It was freezing cold and the furniture and was not very nice. Donuts and coffee are good. So drive thru or don’t go would be my recommendation. Nice staff.

Quite straightforward… Understaffing (which according to DD workers was usual for the tome of day I was there) led to a VERY, VERY long wait in the restaurant. Also, so far as food goes, there were about 18 donut holes left. Staff ssid that was it. Time of day was about 2pm. I use the DD app, but it won’t be here for some time.

We had a pick up order thru the window, and the person that handed us our order didn’t have the coffee lid on right. The drink dribbled on him and in my car, and there was no napkins in our food bag! I had to ruin my favorite hoodie to clean up the mess

Doesnt really look like much but this egg white sandwich on a croissant is probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a while! The donut selection is pretty on par with what you’d expect from any dunkin donuts… but the quality is slightly higher than my typical dunkin experience. Finally— the coffee is okay, I went with the brown sugar iced… I think I’ll just get regular iced next time though since Im not too sure what happened to the brown sugar.

Best DD I’ve ever been to, I’m originally from New England and you can’t beat DD over there, but this location is just special. I get fresh iced coffee every day, and the employees I see are like family now, they all work their butts off while making sure I have a pleasant experience, I come here to relax and enjoy my day and that is exactly what I get, 11/10 for the review. Also the manager Haley is absolutely the sweetest person. She will make sure her store is running beautifully while also making sure each customer feels important. The crew always greets me with smiles and great conversations. Mercedes is one of the workers who makes my coffee almost every day and without her my day wouldn’t be the same. Thank you to the entire dunkins crew for all you guys do.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Ordered 2 iced coffees and one of them had ice almost to the top of the cup. When I went back to tell them I ordered regular ice and not extra ice they said that’s how they were taught to do it. So basically they were taught to put the normal amount of ice in one drink and not the other!? They didn’t offer to make a new one or anything. Horrible customer service. Won’t be going back since I don’t like getting ripped off. Never had any issues with any of the other Dunkin’s I’ve been to and I’ve been to plenty since I’m from New England and they have one on every corner. Pictures of both my drinks to compare ice.
