I ordered through the app. They supposedly sent thru Doordash. They went to the wrong location. We’re no more than 15 mins away at riverside and Peoria. If I could’ve chosen a pizza hut on THIS side of the damn rivetr, I would have! At least I got my money back..

Rude staff, I went inside to place an order. I stood there for almost 10 mins while they just looked at me, they did not greet me. I was then ignored, when I said hello. I just ended up leaving. I understand you can be busy but they didn’t say not one word. No “I’ll be right with you” or anything. Customer service is zero stars. I will never go to this location again.

Ordered pizza here several times and they have always came to the correct address! Waited an hour and finally called and they told me their driver went to a house and they told him they didn’t order pizza!! I NEVER GOT A CALL to ask me about my address!! Why would you cancel my order and not t try to find my house! Order was paid for and again you have come to my house before! Then gives me the option to reorder and I’m like… how will you find my house if your driver couldn’t find it the first time?! I live in a neighborhood not even somewhere complicated!!

Ordered a super supreme deep dish pizza and was not disappointed! We used the app and everything was correct and ready waiting for us in 15 minutes. They really piled on the toppings and it was hot and fresh. The “hut favorite” crust was delicious, crispy and buttery. I love the little bit of crunch. Absolutely no complaints.
