Staff is untrained. Cant handle even the slowest times. Won’t give managers name or info if you ask for one. Pretty sure the person running the drive through was the manager. I waited 10 mins after I ordered to even get to the window behind 2 cars. Then when I got to the window they didnt know what I ordered. I thought nothing of it and repeated my order. Waited about 5 minutes and they handed me a cold sandwich and undercooked hashbrowns. I went back around the drive through and let them know. The employee was completely unapologetic. He remade my sandwich but refused to remake the hash browns but also refused to check the order he gave me. I asked for them to make this situation right and was just accused of scamming food. Then when I asked for that manager or their card the employee grabbed a 10 out of the register and just handed it to me then closed the window and walked away. Didnt even give me a receipt or even try and find out what the correct amount to refund was. I’m pretty sure he shorted me a dollar and change. Overall terrible experience and its purely do to the staff.

I decided to try this dunkin for the first time considering its sort of new, but half way through my iced coffee I find a long-thick-black piece of hair IN MY DRINK!!! Do better dunkin! And by that i mean train your staff better when it comes to health protocols concerning customers!!

Excellent service. Staff was very sweet and kind. Some lads in particular caught my eye. Their names were Kyle and Shahbaz. I don’t usually mention names but these two treated me as if I was at home. Class from these boys deserve a raise. Wow 10/10

Oh. My. Gosh. How can a coffee be so cheap and so good? I had the peppermint mocha and it BLEW ME AWAY. Not to mention the service- the employees were so friendly, I actually felt cared for. I’ve never gotten that at Starbucks or anywhere else. Everything came out quick even though they were busy, and it was just a great experience overall. I’m so glad there’s a Dunkin by my house now!! Dunkin, you have a new biggest fan, and his name is Joseph Lee <3 :) I LOVE DUNKIN!!!!!!

This dunkin got untrained staff. They make mistakes in your order and don’t even apologize for it. I was picking up my wife’s order and they only handed me a partial order, I went home and had to go back to ask for the remaining item. The girl there didn’t even offer me an apology coupon for the inconvenience and instead blamed me for not checking the receipt. Excuse me? You should’ve fulfilled the order correctly on your own! How is that my fault?

Sign says open 4 AM to 9 PM came in to get some coffee and donuts at 6:30am, waited around 10 minutes just to have somebody from the gas station tell me and they didn’t have anyone working.
