My wife and I have gotten food 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First 2 times unbelievable…tonight was an absolute nightmare! They made my wife’s sandwich w/ steak and not chicken twice. The weather is cold and wet. I had to leave my house 3 times…by the time I finally got home for good my sandwich was cold.

Not bad. There’s fresh ingredients and the sandwiches are made very well. I’ll definitely be back. Glad to have this addition in Westerly. Uniforms make the restaurant look more professional which is beneficial to the customers.

Customer service is garbage here. Manager isn’t any better. In fact she’s probably worse. I watched as they used day old bread for my cold cut sandwich. I got the wrong cheese. and when I spoke to the manager she told me it wasn’t her problem. Won’t be coming here again and I advise anyone else to stay far away from this place. Unfortunately I was unable to gather the managers name…

Here with my mother with a severe dairy allergy and it was quite difficult to get any allergen information. The majority of all major fast food establishments have allergen information quite easily. Instead it was a seemingly big nuance to get this information having to ask around to multiple employees. In the end we received an unsure answer of probably no dairy. Disappointing lack of information, knowledge and service for a growing concern for our society impacting so many.

I have lunch break from 12 to 12:30 so I ordered lunch for myself and my coworker at 11:30. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes and we arrived just before noon time. I proceeded to wait until 12:20 for 2 grinders.. how does it take almost a hour to make grinders?

Worst service I’ve received in a long time. No one was in the place except for the 3 workers behind the counter and no one said anything to us for 3 minutes while we sat there a foot in front of them waiting. No hello, just 3 people behind the counter staring into space ignoring us. The food was maybe a 4/10, so with all of the places to get a good grinder in westerly, this place isn’t even worth trying out. Go to one of the many family owned delis or D’Angelos where someone will actually look in your direction and give you a good grinder. Or even subway… I’d rather go to subway and that’s saying a lot.

Jersey Mike’s is by far the superior chain sandwich place in the area. Being in a small town, I’m sure the locals are used to sandwiches made in a thousand-year-old establishment by their cousins ex-fiancé, but I won’t be upset by a larger operation. Great Sandos. I’ve been ordering a giant #13 Mike’s way no tomatoes for years. Service at this location has always been adequate, and food is fantastic, which is exactly what to expect.

I had a disappointing experience at Jersey Mike’s Westerly, RI. We arrived at around 8:45 pm, and the only employee there informed us that he was about to close in 15 minutes and that he could only accept cash. Unfortunately, we left without our sandwiches because we did not have any cash with us. It was disappointing to have gone out of our way to visit this establishment, only to be turned away and left hungry:/

Jersey Mike’s falls just in the middle of all the other grinder shops in the area. The atmosphere was fine when we walked in and my first impressions were that this restaurant is just like D’Angelos. The fresh cut slices of cold cuts done in front of us was a different service I’ve never seen before. I placed my order for a Mike’s Steak and cheese done the Mike’s way. My father also order but after he had gotten his sandwich it he waited on me. The store did get busy after we walked in but the store seemed properly staffed. I soon watched my sandwich go from grill to counter next to the meat slicer and sit while 7 other sandwiches passed by it. I was about to walk out and the employee called out to me and said sorry for the wait he didn’t see my sandwich (it was the large steak and cheese so it wasn’t a small sub) and finally finished my sandwich. Total time spent was 15mins for 2 subs. I would like to come back will have to call ahead next time.
