The guy… or girl working there is idk lazy or just not knowledgeable on the job itself. They said no frappes cause the Safeway ice hurts the blender… hilarious…. Then to top it off they told me I couldn’t use heavy cream instead of milk because they weren’t sure if it would hurt the machine…again just laughable…

They have signs that say download the app and earn rewards yet when you give them your code to scan, they are completely rude when saying they can’t scan it.. apparently you have to have a gift card linked or something, she just kept saying she needed a barcode. Partially their systems fault but they could be a little nicer when explaining why they can’t scan the QR codes.

Tried to give me a cup of old luke warm coffee. When I asked for fresh brewed Bianca was super rude about it. The other two seem nice but if you care about customer service avoid Bianca and her old cold coffee. Can’t even believe how rude she is.

I just went in to get myself a drink I had not tried before, an iced tea and the employee whom I did not catch her name was so kind and informative. I was here Dec 5 at 4:10pm. She talked me through the flavors it came in and if I’d prefer it sweet or not to decide on adding lemonade or not. I thought this was very kind and professional of her hense it’s nice to try something new without feeling uncomfortable about it. Very kind personality, will be back even if I have to walk in for my coffee drinks.

Consistently slow service for what appears to be no legitimate reason, we sat in the drive thru for 15 mins with only two cars in front of us and no one inside the store. So how it takes that long to make a couple drinks is beyond me. This Starbucks has consistently been this way since it opened. I would give it zero stars if I could. And when we got to the menu to order we were told to hold on twice by the employee before our orders was taken, having to repeat the order twice. If I decide to return to any Starbucks again it will definitely not be this one, I would rather drive out of my way to avoid this location at all costs!

This is the worst Starbucks. I have tried to give this one multiple chances and its usually hit or miss. Tonight was a miss and I think I had just had enough of this Starbucks. Customer service was non existent. If your busy cleaning I understand, but at least acknowledge me with a I’ll be right with you. After I stood patiently for 2 minutes and she was done doing whatever it was she was doing, she walked up to me will still no words and just started at me. They had a sign on the cookies 2 for $3. I asked if that was right and she said, “Yes, but we don’t have the code”. You probably shouldn’t put up a sign if you don’t have the code. Or offer to override it or discount it or whatever it takes. I just ordered a coffee and left. Suprise surprise there were no words said from her yet again after I grabbed my coffee. Its really not that difficult to tell someone to have a good night. You probably shouldn’t be in customer service if you hate your job that much.

I go to this starbucks during my lunch break to get a Venti Double Chocolatey Chip Frap & a slice of their iced lemon loaf. My usual order. With being the only order in the starbucks I wait around 5 minutes for my drink before I realize all the workers are chatting in the back, when I check I see that my drink had been ready and the male worker had forgot to call it out – no big deal. I took a sip of my drink and it’s not what I ordered. I let the worker know and reiterated my order to him. He remade the drink incorrectly again. At this point, this has taken so long that I need to go back to work so I ask for a refund. The female worker then rang up my refund as the incorrect drink at the incorrect size, when I corrected her she made the same mistake again. Now, I am verging being late for work and take the incorrect refund. Whilst all this is happening – the worker gives my incorrect drink to a friend for free. So twenty minutes later I leave dissatisfied with a lemon loaf, having paid for a drink that someone else is drinking and me a partial refund. Please train your staff.
