This was honestly the worst experience I could have had at this location. I came in and was not greeted, I had to resign into my subway app which took me a minute or two, so I was on my phone when I entered. But no one said a word to me. There was no one else in the location at this time. When I was ordering the associate failed to mention an extra charge for avocado. I assumed that there would be, every other time I’d gone to a Subway there was one but they always let me know and told me how much it was, never more than $1. But even sometimes being on a budget, I would take it off to save money. Well today the associate did not say anything, I had forgotten to ask about it. When my sandwich was done I ordered a drink and a cookie as well. There was another associate at the register, counting the money in it. I waited a few minutes before she finally said “Just go get your drink “ which I found very rude. She could’ve said something along the lines of “I’m so sorry for the wait, if you’d like feel free to go ahead and grab your drink while I finish up” but instead it was short and rude. Then when she finally finished after about 5 minutes of waiting she rand me up. I noticed her add the avocado. $3 for avocado!!! Are you serious! I’d have definitely taken it off after that, but it was already on my sandwich! Then when I went to scan my app, after she didn’t even ask if I was going to, she told me I was using the wrong machine, again being rude in her tone. I told her I was using the app to scan and she got irritated and told me that I should have told her. Like okay every other location I go to, associates take pride in there work and use the scripts provided by the company. Like “There is an additional charge for avocado, it’s …. Would you still like it?” Or “will you be paying with our app today?” This was honestly an awful visit. Subway, do better. Someone get a district manager over here and show her how to keep her composure and use the scripts. Not come after paying customers for not reminding her to do her job.

Unfortunately, one of the worst subways I’ve visited. They don’t accept coupons at this location (not a huge deal) as I understand “participating” locations. The card reader was down which I wasn’t upset about, but the staff memeber who made my sandwich was rude and seemed to be inconvenienced by my presence. The woman working the register was preoccupied with a phone call. The sandwich prep wasn’t up to par with other locations as well. Maybe travel on and find another location

I have always visited the different Subway locations and regularly the people who work there are very nice but today I went to the sycamore location in Vista and I very kindly made the order to the employee but she had a very negative, rude and aggressive attitude , she wanted to sell me the sandwich that she wanted and with the ingredients that she wanted, she did not allow me to choose what I would like my sandwich to have, someone should call attention to that kind of negative and rude employees, I hope that someone does something about it

Average subway with good sandwiches and slow service due to insufficient staffing leading to long waits in line. The person in line ahead of me had a long list of sandwiches they were ordering and only one person was there to wait on customers. There was another person working there but they didn’t get busy helping other customers. Meh.

This subway always has new people some of them are pretty cool and make your sub perfectly but there some that are just slapping a bunch of stuff into your sub carelessly…. the cashier girl is super cool and makes the experience better.

My 12 year old son is in love with Subway sandwich’s and this has been our go to location . Everyone has been great . Not tonight .Subway app had an error time out message on payment screen and my son mistakenly submitted the payment 3 times . Shop only made 1 sandwich but could not refund me for the other 2 . We paid $30 for 1 sandwich . I asked for something that verified that my card would be refunded and was told that only the sales receipt could be provided . Nothing to hold them accountable at a later time to prove they owe me $20. Employee “Rosa” had the worst attitude and customer service skills when I asked for a refund receipt . She got defensive and said that it wasn’t her fault that made the mistake but rather my sons fault this all was happening .agreed … but she might as well of just flipped me off. That’s how rude she came off !! She laughed and thought it was funny and didn’t even act like she was representing the subway brand . Rosa should find a job that doesn’t interact with the public if she can’t provide adequate customer service . Rosa sucks at her job . She needs more customer service training .Her bad attitude and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is a direct reflection of the bad management at this location . Could have been more stars had the employee or manager had more to offer for forgetting my Avocado than me driving all the way back. Very confrontational over the phone and has no customer service training whatsoever. Next time I will visit another location, if I ever choose to eat Subway again, definitely left a sour taste after today’s experience.
