Not worth the price at all! $17.13 for a combo. That includes the $3.00 Coke can. I ordered the second hottest chicken sandwich and it was barely mild. Overall taste was ok, but not worth the price!!!!

This place is fire, mainly because an unknown very nice employee (who I wish I could name) gave me a free bowl of chicken because the store was closing, they do not deserve 2.3 stars, they desevr minimum 4. good service and nice people. Good food too in my opinion, chewy chicken is good. At least the bowls are good, I cannot speak for the burgers.

The food was good, the customer service was lacking for sure! Walked up and the guy dragged himself to the register with a blank look on his face. We ordered and he asked the spice level and my husband said medium and he just pointed to the wall behind him and dropped his arm. We finished and waited for the food. The girl just put it on the counter without a word. The employees just don’t seem very happy to work there. Food was good like I said but the employees need some basic people skills.

First time here came from Hesperia, California to Ontario, California and saw this restaurant on TikTok. I have to say this is way better than Raising Cane’s, Popeyes, and KFC. You have to try this amazing chicken and you won’t be disappointed.

Worst customer service. Definitely wont be coming back. Do not waist money where employees are not happy to be at work. I went in around 12:15 (01/09/23) both kiosk and register had “Closed” sticky notes at around this time still which was weird because everything else was open. We approached and asked if they were open. And the 2 younger girls responded “yes we’re open but you have to use the kiosk because we don’t have change”. And then a 2nd customer approached and asked the same thing and he told the employees “so can I remove the sticky notes?” And they gave an attitude and said “ yeah sure” I went ahead and placed my order at the kiosk and I customized my order by asking for extra crispy onions on my sandwich. It wasn’t until i got my food and almost bit my sandwich that i realized there was NO crispy onions at all! So i then walked back and told the young girls. And they responded with an attitude” well we don’t have crispy onions” I eventually asked to speak to the manager (Jordan) that day which wasn’t any better nor helpful! I explained the issues to her from the start and how the least they could have done was to let me know about the onions when they saw i placed the order or when i went to pick up my food. She had a smirk on her face the whole time. Not even acknowledging anything. I am very understanding when there is not an item from the menu available but the way they went about the whole situation was disrespectful! Wont be wasting my money here anymore.

Customer service? None existent. They think that because they only do the self service machine they don’t have to provide any customer service. The food is great but the employees are rude. Even when you ask them hey how does this work or what’s a good spicy they just shrug their shoulders and point up to the wall and tell you “it’s right there”. This place won’t last long even if their food is good.

Overpriced menu. Popeyes or KFC are far lesser than their prices. The food is good but the staff refused to provide free water in a cup to paying customers. They recommended I buy their bottled water. Which I did, at a different store.

The food was okay, the fries were pretty good and the chicken tenders were a good size, the sauce is what needs work- Dave’s sauce is definitely better. what I was upset about was them obviously reading my ticket (including extra sauce) but not including my $4 lemonade in my pick up lol. staff just needs better training, this place definitely has some good potential!
