Ramen was a nice creamy broth but not heavy like normal tonkotsu ones. The fried chicken was super crispy and juicy but not oily. The gyoza was solid but I would have wanted it more stuffed. The spicy ahi taco was just the right amount of spice with fresh fish and a crispy shell. A really great price for the amount and quality you get! We went earlier in the afternoon so there wasn’t anyone there so the staff was super attentive.

Terrific lunch special: $20 for your selection of signature ramen and a tray of tapas that includes a mini tuna taco, crispy chicken and gyoza! I got the JINYA Black Tonkotsu, with the spicy sauce on the side since I’m a weakling when it comes to spicy food. The pork broth had a lot of depth, and the yolk in the seasoned egg was nice and runny still. All the items on the tapas were delicious as well.

I love coming to Jinya Ramen! The drinks and food are always good. I always order the impossible tacos, the perfect bite. I love getting the combos, the Tonkatsu Red is good, although it can be pretty spicy, even at a level 2! I can usually handle spicy but was so surprised that a level 2 was already so spicy. I also usually get the combo and always get the gyoza but decided to try to chashu bowl, it was ok with a lot of toppings, the meat was good. Love the vibes in this restaurant and love that they have outside seating as well

I’ve eaten at all three restaurant concepts here. But this right up is more about LBD the bar concept outside. Bartenders are amazing they deserve all the applause and your tips. Try the boozy whiskey drink I call the adult slushie…Spicy Toki. It’s smoky spicy and a little sweet. I prefer old fashions and the staff makes them in various ways for you to try.

Service and food were pretty good. Prices weren’t too bad. Be careful of the red premium ramen. It’s pretty spicy even at level 4. A bit loud in there due to the bar next door. PS there’s no parking on property so you have to park at the Ward parking structures around the area.

The world food traveler duo and the long-time friend of the feminine half, went to Ward Theater TITAN LUXE to see the “BTS ‘Yet to Come’ in Busan”, a movie of the concert in Busan, Korea, that took place on October 15, 2022. Gee, the theater was almost empty … Perhaps 20 patrons at the 3:30pm showing.
