Yo – – I just see negative reviews here. All that I can say is that if you want a good sandwich, it is something that takes a few minutes. It isn’t something that you just slap together like they do at Subway. Yeah, it might take a few minutes. Well, then come here when you have time! Because let me tell you, when you do, you will find they make the best sandwiches. Point blank. You guys rock.

I saw the reviews on poor customer service before going and ignored it. It’s been 2ish years since I have had Jimmy Johns. I verified online that they accepted Apple Pay at this location. I place an order during my lunch break at the drive true window. It is a long wait. I pull up to the window to pay and there is a sign that says no Apple Pay. Why don’t they place this at the order window? When they know – as the reviews here state of the long wait for food? Also weird this location refuses to accept Apple Pay at the window when their machines handle Apple Pay. Not very customer friendly. I place an order online for the same sandwich using Apple Pay. I show them the order on my phone for the same sandwich, the current time, the current location and the guy at the window refused to accept it? Even if it wasn’t in there system I already showed the proof I paid and correct time and location and item I paid for? Why would they not accept it? When other food restaurants have accepted an accidental order to another location? This Jimmy John’s is really anti-customers. I am annoyed I spent my whole lunch break in the line and they told me to go inside to the lobby and wait even longer? For what a sandwich that won’t be fresh anymore because you want to put an order sticker on it? Just very disrespectful.

I asked if they could not cut my wrap in half, dude in the drive through said “it’s gonna get cut in half.” I said they really didn’t have to and I’d really appreciate it if they didn’t. He repeated, “it’s gonna get cut in half.”

The chicken at this location is disgusting please go to other Jimmy Johns if you want a wrap.I thought the weird floury taste was coming from the tortilla until I noticed it was actually the chicken. How can you serve a customer something so inedible and disgusting? Like you literally had one job? I give up on this location from the rude treatment to now this disgusting sandwich I was given. At the very minimum if you’re gonna open up a restaurant quality control your meats!!!!

Every time we go here they get something wrong or is missing something. And the boy working the drive thru at lunch is usually not pleasant and seems like he just doesn’t want to be there. The last few times Ive been there has been a nice upbeat younger girl working the window. I hope she sticks around. Anywho, ordering is quick and drive thru is convenient and our sandwiches are usually always good.

Sat at the drive through for a few minutes before realizing that wasn’t open so we went to order in store then to see a sign that only online orders. So I placed an online order and it said it couldn’t be placed and the store door was locked. This was all during posted business hours. What a waste of 15 minutes.
