I ordered two roast beef sandwiches with Swiss. Both as meals w/ fries. They forgot one order of fries. No big deal as I hadn’t left yet. I get home and look at the sandwiches to find they are completely wrong and contain some red mystery sauce and a terrible onion bun. Not what I ordered by a long shot. It’s obvious they don’t care when this happens as every single negative review on here has the same generic automated reply. You will not get my $32 again.

The food was simply awful. The chicken sandwich was the worst I have ever had. The Two beef and cheddar sandwiches tasted awful. It tasted like they didn’t care. I’m not going back. Note: it was the drive through so service and atmosphere really wasn’t able to be measured.

Order was almost completely wrong – missing items/wrong size items. Fries were cold. Very unhappy with having to park and go inside to wait another five minutes for our order to be corrected and fresh.

I had the worst experience with online ordering here. The 2 staff members were dismissive and rude. I was told that I would have to come in to pick up my online order I placed through the app, even though I’ve never been asked to do that at any other Arby’s location. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes inside for the order to get done, so the whole order took 20 minutes despite being something that I can pick up in 5-10 at other locations. Once I was finally able to speak to the boy who was avoiding me during my whole inside wait, I asked for a pup cup since my dog was waiting in the car. I have never been denied one before despite placing an order in person or online, so I was shocked when the boy walked back to me from the back and told me no. I asked him why I couldn’t have a pup cup and he responded with “idonno.” I believe he was told not to by the older man in the back who was taking the drive through orders, despite making me wait inside for no reason. I will never be back to this location and I caution anyone who thinks they will be getting the same high quality service and food that Arby’s is known for. The Sun Prairie, Cottage Grove, and Stoughton locations are so much better and not outwardly rude to paying customers. I am really shocked by my experience here because I haven’t had a bad fast food experience in years, let alone one that I felt needed to be shared with a review.

Service here was the slowest I think I’ve ever seen at any Arby’s before. The drive-through had a terrible line and it moved at a snail’s pace. After I finally received the food, the chicken was very tough and overcooked.
