I don’t know what it is about the graveyard shift staff, but they’re nice considerate and quick! They also hooked me up nice by making everything just like I like it. It’s like they read my mind or something! They even got my order just right unlike another certain Taco Bell, let’s just say it’s on Spilliams Spoulevard. This is definitely my go to Taco Bell from now on.

Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to the night staff are so rude weren’t helpful in fixing very basic issues, and were completely rude during the whole process. Probably should consider doing employee appreciation as the workers very obviously hate themselves and their lives. Along with another round of basic training to go over those problem solving skills.

this is an absolutely a rude and a disappointing experience. the night shift manager was so rude and disrespectful my friend had ordered thru door Dash and it was missing a few items so we ordered it again and they said they gave it to a Doordasher but we never received it so we ordered a 3rd time and they refused to make it and cussed out our door dasher so we decided to go there ourselves and order again and she was rude and didn’t wanna make it till the very end. I wish I could give them a 0 star review but they really need to get their acts together and learn how to be in customer service or get fired.

I really wanted to place a zero star review. I placed an order for food and I received it without two of my burritos, so I placed it again. The second time my dasher said another dasher recieved it, but no one did and I never got it, so I placed it a 3rd time and then they refused to make it. Finally I drove there myself and placed the order for pickup this time (as Doordarsh refunded it in credit so I could only place my order online cause thats where my money was refunded.) as so there would be no mistake and I’d pick it up myself. Which finally worked and I’m giving them this one starreview, because that slightly redeemed them from a no star review. Additionally, the service was just nonunderstanding, rude and disrespectful until the end. They even cursed back at one of my Dashers that tried helping earlier in the situation. Thank you and be more kind and understanding from the start. Furthermore if you want to make up or raise this review, I just expect a nicely worded apology and better service next time.

oh hell no bruh me and my family are visiting from colorado and some ginger blue eyed girl took my moms order through the drive through and i think the woman heard my moms mexican accent and when we got to the window she greeted us with attitude and she didn’t give us our drink until we asked for it so she wouldn’t have gave it to us if we didn’t ask. The food was good so thanks to the cook for making it good.

Whatever you do, do NOT inconvenience the workers here by daring to go to the drive thru! We were treated like placing an order was the worst offense we could do – our order was wrong, 1/3 of it was missing, and at least $2 of our change was given in NICKELS! I always try to be patient, especially when going to a drive thru at night – mistakes happen, no big deal. But being treated like just going to the restaurant was a personal offense? Whatever you’re craving, there’s definitely a better alternative than this run down shack.

Staff needs to get paid more cause its clear they HATE their job. Everytime I’ve gone i either see someone very depressed or i get the eye roll not only is servithe worst ive ever seen the orders are cold and thrown together too much sauce, too lilttle meat, something is missing. Etc.

This is by far the worst run Taco Bell in the world. Took 45 min just to order 3 tacos. I’d advise any and everyone to never visit this Taco Bell. I could of driven to the Coralville location from Cedar Rapids and got my order sooner. I was told that it was due to being short staffed. I’ve worked at Taco Bell before and they definitely had enough staff. I believe she meant to say they were short on *competent staff.
