First time there and ordered a 17′” Ham and cheese and an 8″ roast beef. The bread was too tough and hardly any meat on the sandwich. The ham and cheese was ok, but the roast beef was barely there. Iean not even 1/16 of an inch. NOTHING like the menu pics. I basically paid $25 for bread and lettuce! Plus they can’t warm them up for you. I definitely will NOT go back and waste my money again. And it was sad because my husband was in the hospital so that money wasted cost us two meals: the one we couldn’t eat, and money for the one we could’ve bought had we not tried Jimmy John’s.

Our family ordered subs from Jimmy John’s last night and they were fantastic. So good in fact that we decided to eat there again today. When my husband got home with our subs, we were shocked. They were completely flat “sandwiches”, NOT the beautiful, meat and vegetable filled subs we had last night. There were hardly any vegetables despite the fact that we order them with ALL the toppings. I called and spoke with the manager and explained that what we received today was not even close to what we got last night. His response…”Well, I don’t know why. All our sandwiches are pre-measured.” Really?!? There was no apology, no offer to make things right, no anything but excuses.

Went to Jimmy John’s for lunch. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant was clean. I want to say my sub was super good but it wasn’t bad either. I prefer my Italian subs with a little more oil and vinegar than mayonnaise. Which I did ask for but did not come out that way. By no means was it not good. The sub was good but not great. I would definitely still try it again.

The sandwich didn’t look like the menu photo. It was 75% lettuce, 2 tiny slices of tomato and avocado spread that I was charged extra for and could barely find. After paying $8.50 for lunch, I went to Chick-fil-A and paid $8.50 for a real meal to finish lunch. I was very disappointed in Jimmy John’s portions

Ordered my meal like I have done for years there… sandwich was great…ordered mustard and chips on the side…didn’t get any…guy that took my order was super friendly but super new as I could hear him asking his co-workers what should I do… Call back and ask to talk to the manager and I got her and she said the reason I didn’t get chips was because it wasn’t in my order but offered to bring me mustard. I know how to order my food.. classic case of ignorant manager taking up for a new guy….but I’ll say new guy was cool and respectful…would make a better Manager then trash collector I talked to.

Person taking our order seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Her hat was over her eyes. As for no lettuce or tomato on my sandwich she didn’t put it down. Over all I was not satisfied. This is not the first time at this location this has happened.
