Parked for 2 volcano tacos for a mobile order. Not only did they not put lava sauce on the taco they also didn’t even put the fire sauce packet in the bag smh. The drive thru is just unnecessarily slow as well as the people in there.

Food and service is all fine, but lobby soda machine never tastes or looks right. Baja blast which should be a very like blue looks like it has brown in it. Have mentioned it several times to staff and always act like is some new issue. Really need to clean or fix the machine.

i would not recommend going here. i placed an online order after a concert because of how long the line was around 1 a.m. when i finally got to the speaker to tell them i’m here to pick up my online order from doordash at 1:40 they said they didn’t see it nor did they have any of the items i ordered. so i told them it said i was ready and she told me “she’s trying to work me here”… ma’am i’m trying to work with and understand y’all accepted my order and gave it real time updates not having the stuff here? horrible customer service and after they tried telling me to cancel it and i know how to cancel orders on doordash and it said that i couldn’t get a refund. o showed her my phone and she tried to reexplain what i just did and i asked her if they could give me the refund and said “no we don’t control that stuff here.” i have friends that work in food service with doordash and so have i. luckly i contacted a live agent on door dash to refund me my $29 and i ended up having to pay for a whole new order that was $25. so yeah i wouldn’t recommend going here at all unless you want unreasonable workers here that can’t own up to a mistake they made on their end.

Zero stars if I could. The customer service has been horrible but I just shrug it off and keep it moving. The way a customer is addressed is appalling. Even when you greet them, it’s a struggle for the workers to respond back with a simple hello. The last straw was ordering 5 chips and cheese today. They were inedible because it tasked like engine oil was used to fry them. My entire family would be all over this food but no one wanted it, not even my kids. I called to tell them manager “I don’t want a refund or replacement, just check your oil and please don’t serve those chips to other people”. That was the most unbothered, nonchalant, no empathy conversation I’ve ever had with a manager. He said the oil is changed every 2 days and the chips was made this morning so there shouldn’t be a problem. Point taken. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Horrible customer service, rude, management counted money drawer at pick up counter where anyone could grab it. Never get vegetarian orders correct. Frozen drinks are Never Frozen. Worst of all, it has been about a month since I requested a refund for an order that was never completed because they did not have the items, they could not find the order and the manager was rude.

If I could give them no stars I would.. long story short someone took my card info in the drive through a decided to attempt a shopping spree. Everyone in the store acts like the manger is not available when u call the store .. I will be reporting to corporate. 7 on your side as well as an attorney..
