First and LAST experience at Sonic… came on a non-crowded afternoon just to grab a drink, the drive thru was non responsive so I ordered in a booth, took a couple minutes for them to respond after pressing the button, ordered and then waited OVER 10 minutes for a SINGLE medium shake… finally came out, but it was melted, warm and there was no more then a drop of whip cream on it?? Not to mention it tasted horrible, and the straw I was given was to small to sip out of… I expected a lot more to be fair. Price was kind of silly as well.. do not recommend and WILL NOT be coming back!

We waited for 30 minutes and no one came out the door to bring anyone food. There were only 4 other cars at the time we were there. I finally had to go to the door to ask where our food was. They had at least 6 trays of peoples food just sitting on the table. The food was cold and soggy, and the milkshakes were melted, and our sodas were all watered down from the ice melting. This is not the first time this place has been bad. Then, when someone finally brought out our food after having to ask for it, the attitude of the server was like we were bothering them. There was no sorry about the wait or some excuse as to why “fast food” took over 30 minutes. Needless to say we will not be returning there again.

Service was rude; probably due to the lack of employees. I’m sure that’ll make anybody rude. Hot Dog was burnt badly, chicken was undercooked and the fries and tators were soggy. Avoid this place until Sonic fixes the issue with employee retainment.

Really not sure how a “fast food” restaurant can be so incredibly slow. Every time we come it’s an obnoxiously long wait at the drive-through if they ever answer, and just as unreasonably long of a wait at the stall. I understand hiring has been difficult in recent years, but no other fast food place have I seen so consistently poorly managed. My wife and kids love Sonic shakes so we’ll unfortunately keep returning to this place. Hopefully they learn how to manage their restaurant someday.

Service wasn’t very unpleasant and rude. Ordered a burger and asked for no pickles and the burger was loaded with pickles. The server I had took the burger from me to go correct it and came back with the same burger but with no pickles. You could smell the pickles on the top bun where it was. I told him that it was unsanitary and that it should be thrown out and made fresh. The server threw it away in a near by trash can. Went to get another burger made. The manager came out and I asked was she the manager to confirm it. So I informed her of my situation and what her employees were doing. She greeted me with an attitude and started interrupting me repeatedly saying they’re making it right now with a nasty attitude as I was explaining what happened. So I asked her if she was having a good day and she responded again with an attitude and said out loud that she was trying to and rolled her eyes and walked away. I’ve never experienced poor service and yet alone from a manager that didn’t care what was going on. I don’t recommend eating at this location.

Waited 30 MINUTES to order at the drive-in menu, no one had come close to answering. Decided to go to the drive-thru expecting that maybe they were understaffed, and therefore struggled with the drive-in. Waited a shorter amount of time of 10 minutes and still nobody answered the speaker to order at the menu.

After placing a ordered online for PU arrived 10 minutes early and still had tk wait 25 mins for food?!? Why it was even 15 mins past my PU time and a very small order to begin with. Been in Park West for 2 years and this was my first time in awhile and last yet again.
