Food’s good, but never dine in. The tables and seats are sticky like they never clean them. Not only that, but there’s always a pile of dead flies in the corners of the windows. The wait time is not great, even if you order one or two things. Besides, they always manage to mess up one thing or forget one thing.

I live in the area. I love KFC and Taco Bell. Stay away from here. Service is horrible. Food is mediocre at best. Servers are basically 1 penny from homeless mentally challenged people that stand around and vape instead of working.

Do not go to this KFC! First we had to repeat our order 3 times. Then he didn’t have and $1 bills so he gave us $4.00 in quarters? Then the Mountain Dew was nasty. Come on people! It’s not hard. You can do better.

I called in as I was ordering one of their coupons specials and figured they would have to make a special order for it. Surprise me when she said they had enough legs and thighs that there were enough of them ready now and would go ahead and put them in a bucket for my pickup in the Drive- through. I arrived in just a few minutes and my order was waiting. Hot and crispy freshly made.

I’ve worked here for 5 months the place is nasty. The water is not up to temperature to kill off bacteria. The workers they have are rude and try to fight others. This place needs shut down. The roof leaks and falls on food when it rains. The place is full of mold and not healthy for workers or customers. So if I were you I would not eat here. I’m contacting the better business bureau to better help me with this problem.

We just got 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides & 6 biscuits for $34.95. We were told that they could not give us all dark meat because they only had 6 pieces and it would take 30 MINUTES to get 6 more pieces of dark meat. This is at 4:30 on a Saturday evening. Is this not a fast food chicken restaurant?!? They said that they were training new people. (On a Saturday night?) So I guess they sold out of dark meat fast. HOWEVER, the dark and light meat we received were both dry and not hot and at least a few hours old. So I guess everyone was in a training seminar in the back for a couple of hours, waiting for someone to pull up at the drive-up window. Is that procedure part of training? Yes, I am being sarcastic. But this has happened repeated at this KFC. KFC has always had amazing chicken and worth the extra money, but not when it’s dried out and cold. We will have to start checking it out before leaving the drive-thru. I am sure those that work there work extremely hard. But this problem is ongoing and needs to be addressed by upper management.

Hello, I am a manager at kroger. Right next door as a matter of fact. In our business we strive for customer satisfaction. My meals have been messed up numerous times here, but I always try to look past it. With every business their are hiccups or incidents where things go wrong, but it’s how you make it right in the end. Ive waited over 35min twice on a simple order of 4 pieces of chicken to be cooked for me. Each time I’ve waited that long, is because they forgot I was waiting. Mind you I am a manager needing to get back to my own job. I’ve called in once because I finally had enough and wanted my service issues to be known. I was told I could come back for the same meal free of charge and the lady took my name. I asked if I needed to keep my receipt or would need anything else, but I was told no.. 8 returned today to get my free meal, and was rejected. She was polite about it, but still rejected. Wasnt told at that time that I only had 7 days to return. When getting up to the window, the lady told me we only keep that for seven days, and it started 2 weeks ago while she was on vacation. I asked her, given the situation, you won’t honor it? She just said no they can’t. She said ty, I said ty and that was it. If I had been a customer who had consistently came doing this on the regular, I would have said no as well. but it being the only time I’ve ever done this,, I’d think you would have made it right. My advice to yall is to try and make things right with people. Especially when they have had bad experiences and haven’t stirred up any issues. I will happily bow to defeat, and say yall won. Thank you for helping me realize you aren’t a local business I want to support. It’s about friendly and community. Please coach to those opportunities and im sure you’ll have much better results. Thank you.
