My friends and I visited this pizza hut yesterday 5/16/23. During an online order we ordered a LG 1 topping stuff crust. We explained to manager they charged us $3.75. On top of $25 in 2 separate transactions. Thwir system did that. We complained to manager at this location. We asked to please add the $3.75 deducted from our account to our order. Instead he made us pay again and gave us a cheese pizza that was undercooked and not sliced! Worst experience ever at a pizza hut. Feel free to contact me for any questions.

I’ll start by saying The Hut is not my go-to pizza place, but I saw the commercial for their new melts, so I thought I’d try it and quickly was reminded why I don’t go to pizza hut. The “melt” had nothing melted as it had barely any cheese; the dough was hard, almost burned to a crisp but somehow it was also not baked thoroughly. It tasted even worse than it looked, the under-baked dough but also burnt at the same time, and the lack of cheese was just not a good combination, or maybe I’m just too picky. I say save your money and skip it.

I picked up a large stuffed crust pizza at 9:00pm Tuesday (women were working) night and the pizza was flat and the cheese in the crust was not fully melted and very dry staff should be fired !

I older a large pepperoni pizza with stuff crust and it wasnt what i expected. The cheese was awful. I called the place and told them about the cheese and they respond to me with these ” i think is the new shipment we got this morning and all the stuff crust are coming out like that, and there nothing we can do about it.” How about stop selling the pizza with that awful cheese. Even my kids were disgusted!

I wish it could have been less stars to give. Just rude and no customer service skills. My pizza was delivered and it was not what I ordered, when I called to inform them of this mistake you would have thought that I came down there and made my own pizza and messed it up. I wasn’t offerd a refund they refuse to make my order over so it was money wasted..

I’m Veronica and I ordered a big box Feb 3,2023 at around 2:00 pm it was terrible they literally forgot to put the pizza sauce on the pizza and the worst part is I had 6 kids who were hungry and food was dry and wings smell funny and tasted weird..I spent 31.00 and the manager did credit me 20.00 I gonna contact their corporate because I want all my money refunded to my card please

Pizza is almost always good . The wings are never good , actually they’re disgusting. Something has been bothering me about delivery. We have to pay nearly $6 for delivery , a couple more $ for service fee and what not Probably other hidden fees , but need to come out and find the car because they’re parked in front of a different address. Ever since I was a kid I remember delivery was going to the customers door. What happened to that type of delivery? Another thing. Are people scared of the city of Watts? I live in Watts and not dangerous at all! I’ve lived in Watts for 2 1/2 years and always have to go search for the scary delivery person hiding in their car. They won’t come out until you are in front of the car. 109th street is safe . I know everyone there. Believe me it is safe . COME DELIVER AT THE DOOR OR NO TIP. Thank you and gracias .
