Didnt have the meat I wanted, didn’t even have it cooking, the girl was new and obviously couldn’t wrap a bigger burrito so I asked her for a new tortilla and said I didn’t want the one she had juices literally all over and apparently you have to literally keep your eye balls on their every move and just telling them you don’t want something isn’t good enough.. or so Lisa the manager told me. I wasn’t expecting them to just double wrap my burrito and leaving the same drenched tortilla I said I didn’t want on my burrito and Lisa said they wouldn’t remake it for me 4 minutes later when I realized she kept the soggy soaked tortilla on I specifically said I didn’t want because I had already paid and I should’ve kept my eye balls directly on her EVERY SINGLE MOVE rather than just believing she’ll make my burrito Joe I ask her to. So I basically paid for an expensive burrito I ended up not wanting and Lisa refusing to remake it for me because she is just awful with people apparently, she was rude and sarcastically being “professionally nice.” Terrible manager. Terrible experience here at this location literally every time I come. Too bad.

Our food was 20 minutes late so while everyone else ate we sat there waiting. I noticed the tables were not wiped down, chips sat out left to be stale, and not everyone was wearing gloves. I’ve ordered only togo from this place and usually it was good. Don’t dine in.

I travel for work and it means a lot to me when I go to a chain restaurant and I’m treated like I’m in a local establishment. The staff is so nice. They treated my traveling party with a lot of respect. They were also very fun and into music which we love. Got to talk to the manager Angel a little bit. He’s a great guy. I’ve eaten here multiple times and every time the portions get smaller. I ordered a rice bowl with double protein and the entire bowl was gone in 5 bites. This store will never get my money again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The chipotlane on Seneca cannot be trusted. Every time I use it, I get tiny portions, crunchy rice, cold everything, missing meat (COMPLETELY MISSING, see attached pic), guac made with huge pieces of unripe, unsmashable avocado, and fajita veggies with undigestible charred bits mixed in. It’s the worst Chipotle. Additionally, there is a humorless angry man working there who seems to be in the upper burrito hierarchy, as I have seen him at the Maple & Ridge location, too. He’s 30 something, with brown hair, short beard, and never smiles. I’m giving two stars instead of one because my orders placed in person have been reasonably good, even when served by the angry man.

UPDATE: 6/10/22 I decided to give this Chipotle one last chance. Went and picked up a chicken bowl and barbacoa/steak burrito. They did good with the portions… but that’s where it ends. The chicken and veggies were burnt, all of it was cold, and just not fresh. My husbands burrito – the barbacoa was completely undercooked, he picked it all out and still ate it but said the rest wasn’t very good. I went back (since I had to go and get a different meal elsewhere) and the lady at the window didn’t even bother to ask what was wrong with the order, just gave a phone number to call. I would think they would want to know what was wrong so they could try to improve… I guess not!

Service was not bad, but high do not recommend their food. Directly after eating, instantly got sick and started throwing up. Come to find out I got food poisoning from this place I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EAT!!

I placed my order on Door Dash for pickup. I received a message after payment was completed that I could pickup at drive up window. Great…but when I get there the guy tells me he has my order, but I need to come inside to get it he can not give it to me in the drive-thru???? Ok is there a shortage on meat, I got a rice bowl pretty much with a few pieces of meat.

The end result of the food is heavy, but the protein meat portion always seems so minimal. Why isnt it premeasured on the protein? Barely had any meat in my bowl where my boyfriend had one every few bites….?!
