walked in to find store very busy. was deciding was i staying or leaving, when manager asked if she could start my drink. I informed her all i needed was 3 large black coffee’s. She had drive-thru ring up my order and had me out the door in less than 5 minutes. O-U-T-S-T-A-N-D-I-N-G service!

Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s not. Once I got a bacon egg and cheese wrap and my cheese was so burnt it was brown. Today I got a salted caramel cold foam cold brew with barely any cold foam. The employee turnover rate is high and unfortunately that can be a sign of a mismanaged store. I tried to call to tell them I was unsatisfied with my coffee today but the number is disconnected. Looks like this store maybe closing down soon, on this track. Oh yeah and the lady taking my order this morning definitely had an attitude for no reason because I certainly wasn’t rude to her. P.S. I go to Dunkin EVERY SINGLE DAY, so I know what the standard should be.

Convinced that the guys there didn’t even work for Dunkin. It was so bad. Went to drive thru. We ordered a plain cappuccino and a hot Americano, but we were given basically hot chocolate milk and a cold milky coffee. It took forever to get two drinks with no other customers. Got the first drink and had them replace it. Then when the second one came out wrong we just gave up. Did not trust drinking any of it. Just threw away $8.

I was just in this store a min ago. I was waiting for my drink which I wasn’t told that the one on the counter was mine. I asked the other lady if that was mine and said yes. There was a guy right by the counter talking to this super rude female staff about his order. I said “excuse me” then “sorry” I was wearing a mask and kinda short of breath since I am 7 months pregnant. This rude lady said.. “you could’ve said excuse me so he moved. People don’t have manners.” I’m like.. what the heck?? I just thought probably he didn’t heard me because of the mask and was catching my breath. I know they are busy but that’s not enough of a reason to treat customer like trash. I know how hard it is to deal with a huge workload as a work as an ICU nurse. I won’t be coming back to this store again. I will raise this complaint as this is not acceptable. This is by far the worst customer service I ever experienced. If that girl can’t have good attitude towards people, better not work in customer service.

I normally never have problems at this location and if I do they are minor problems not worth making a big deal and I’m not the type to write reviews but I’ve already had so many issues with my coffee lately and me missing stuff in my order and it’s ridiculous that I can literally say exactly how to make my coffee and they still don’t hear me !!! This morning I came through and asked for a pumpkin latte with extra pumpkin they gave me a pumpkin latte with one pumpkin it , which defeats the purpose of getting a PUMPKIN LATTE then I ordered a 10 count mini and every single mini was smashed and those were for my child !!! Get it together !!

On the weekend I feel like they’re rushing you, you don’t even have one minute to order at the window. They literally keep rushing you when you’re trying to look on the menu. If you buy a coffee there on the weekend through the drive-through it’s black with barely any creamer in it and watered down. There’s a couple people in there that make excellent coffees but you have to go in.

I was just at this Dunkin Donuts location this afternoon. I went through the drive through and was greeted by a chipper voice. She even asked me how my day was. After I roll up to the window, I meet the face of the lively voice. I remember her name because it is the same as mine, “Samantha”.

This is the worst Dunkin in Florida. The worst customer service. Rarely gets the order correct. Rude employees. Ordering from the window drive thru is a nightmare. No one listens they interrupt you when trying to give anorder. No wonder they miss the mark constantly.. Read all of these reviews and avoid this iDunkin like the plaque. I gave it one star because it was not crowded . Now I know why!
