customer service was horrible. i ordered through the app and they forgot to put my chicken in the bag and when i called the staff attitude was horrible. the lady said i had to show proof the chicken was missing like that was going to change anything. they claimed they dont do delivery but its available on the app. mind you my bag was SEALED when the dasher brought the bag to me but yet they tried to blame it on doordash. will NEVER buy from them again.

I’ve always been wanting to try wingstop since they are advertised during football games like a lot! Unfortunately, the food was less than impressive. While it didn’t taste awful, it was by no means breath taking. The parmesan chicken wings my wife got were dry and my daughter and mine were mediocre at best.

Worst experience ever! The customer service was awful and the wait was over an hour and I’m not over exaggerating about that part. They claim that don’t have enough staff but have three cooks working. It’s just wings and a few other items how hard could it be. I wouldn’t be as disappointed if the customer service was better

Spent $15 on an order, specified I wanted ranch fries, 2 separate wing flavors. Cool. I wait 25 minutes, then someone comes to tell me there’s no ranch so I can’t have it on my fries or for my wings, instead of telling me when I ordered. Not at all cool, but whatever. I get to my Airbnb, open it up, the flavors wrong and wings are soggy, the fries HAD SOME RANCH ON THEM? But no ranch for wings? I had no fork for the fries. Next time when a customer walks out complaining I’ll be sure to note it and leave as well. This place sucks (people are friendly at least tho)

Don’t waste your time. I waited over an hour, for them to tell me AFTER I waited the hour that they had no lemon pepper. I tried garlic parm… waited to be told that they don’t have that either…. yall didn’t know that before I waited a whole hour??? I’m on my lunch and didn’t have time to go anywhere else because it took the hour to tell me they didn’t have what I wanted. I should have went to chickfila.
