Pretty much every time I have come here (it’s the closest to my home unfortunately) I am disappointed. Usually they don’t have 1 item I want so they tell me it will be a couple minutes which I don’t mind waiting.. but they make all of my food and leaving it sitting waiting for the 1 item, so by the time I get home most of the food is cold. Also, they seem to put only a few pieces of meat and mostly pineapple when we ordered the sweet fire chicken bowl. One photo is of the bowl in its entirety and the other is after the pineapple was removed.

Smooth experience! I placed an order on their app for an easier pickup during my lunch hour. Due to the rain, it was actually pretty slow. My portions were nice and the food tasted good. Make sure you as for forks since they don’t include them until you ask. Same with soy sauce and hot sauce.

Woman walked off without saying a word. Did not complete my order. I got the two entrees and a drink. The drink was supposed to be included in the price of the meal. They charged me $2.40 extra for the drink. Very unprofessional, unfriendly, rude. The only good thing I have to say is the food was hot. I would not go back there. Over-priced, service, lousy, staff, rude and no atmosphere.

Bad service and no respect. I Ordered and payed and the lady didn’t even give me my change. She had it in her hand and then put it back in the register while looking at me and said she handed it to me. So I had to wait for that and then they gave me my 3 wontons that were harder than a rock, and Burnt like no other. the food was plain as day. I can’t believe they would bother serving wontons like that that had nothing in them. it’s nasty.

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed. I left the Rancho San Diego location about 15-20 mins ago (12/21/22 @ about 2:45pm). The manager waited on me, didn’t get her name, but she was wearing all black. She has very poor customer service. She didn’t even greet me & she never looked up at me & gives very poor portions for the money spent there, regardless if it was for only one order. I hope you can figure out what manager I’m referring to, because she needs work on her customer service desperately. As for the young man that rang me up, he was outstanding. Great customer service, great eye contact (he actually gets 5 stars). I would of bought other items just because of him, but that manager & her attitude made me stop. Sorely, I won’t ever go back to that location & will question if I go to any other at this point.
