Literally the sweetest people work here! It was late and they were still super sweet and very patient with me! Honestly the best Dominos location I have been to. It’s not just that, the food was so good! The amount of cheesiness on the pasta! The door slams really hard so just be careful, gave me a good scare/laugh! Nova and Javi were the best! Went inside to pick my pizza up since the app said it was ready. I had to wait in line even though I was supposed to be able to skip the line. Even though it was a few minutes in line, the guy said my pizza wasn’t done yet. The door slams behind you and there is no warning whatsoever. Someone is gonna get hurt by that door. I also had to keep repeating my name multiple times.

This locations No customers service at all the drive get me my pizza missing up and when I call the store I wait to talk with the manager for 30 minutes and no one care at all and I am paying over 30 dollars for my order and wasting my time and money is very bad experience and end my day so bad because i don’t enjoy my food and all this time waiting for the manager and the delivery driver say he will get back to me to give me new pizza and he never back and I don’t sign my receipt and I will call my bank and return my money because 100% the driver he lied because he said he will return and give me new pizza and that mean you he fake my signature

I have been eating Dominos for years and moved to this location in January and everytime I’ve ordered it been a problem. I spoke with general manager the last time and now I see why it’s so bad he is super rude and does not care about guest satisfaction. Today I thought I’d give it one more try I placed order which got canceled by store, I called 5 times it just rang and the one time they answered the phone they just answered it to hang up on me. Horrible horrible. Also I sent several email to corporate and no one has ever got back to me either so they all just ignore their customers.

Horrible service – Terry the GM is such a jerk. His attitude was very selective and not pleasant for all clients. Apparently, My debit card which I normally use with my purchases was faulty according to him and that he isn’t going to use my debit card even when I proved to him that it isn’t faulty. He also didn’t mentioned if I had any form of purchase in order to get the complete the purchase. His management style was not pleasant – as a former banker and experienced in finance and in customer service, his management style and the way he approached to clients was very selective and rude.

Pretty friendly staff if this is the Domino’s on University and Alafaya every once in awhile the orders get messed up have to be remade which sucks because you’re sitting there watching them remake your food when you were told by the tracker that your food is ready besides that nice employees good location
