Very clean and inviting restaurant indeed! I’d never been to this establishment before, but have heard of Raising Cane’s on the Food network many years ago. Well, we decided to stop on a whim because we’re from out of town, wanted to try something new, and were pretty hungry! Me, my husband, and 7 children devoured 4 orders very quickly. The food was very savory, and I like how the menu is uncomplicated. Raising Cane’s serves chicken fingers, and that’s precisely what we had. The manager was very friendly and accommodating. I asked right away if they used peanut oil, because one of our boy’s has a severe peanut allergy and they quickly put my mind at ease and checked to be extra sure and assured me they only use vegtable oil in their establishment. I give this place 5 stars all the way!! The sauce is also very good, and compliments the chicken well. My family and I left happy and with full bellies. Great job to all the staff and very friendly manager. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit.

The chicken and sauce are stellar. This was my first trip to Canes and I now I get it. Lemonade was a disappointment though.

If you want chicken fingers this place is probably great. But they genuinely only have one thing on the menu, with slight variations in quantity and sides. The food itself was fine – cooked, warm, inoffensive – but nothing to really draw this family back.

I am pretty sure Canes uses some bizarre version of chicken because it is flavorless meat. Besides that, there is no vegetable option. I don’t get the craze and it hurts my stomach when little else does.

I usually love Canes and have been to many locations around the metro. I went here tonight and the fries were undercooked and soggy. We only got 5 strips in the 6 strip Caniac combo. One of my tenders had a hard spot in the middle that was inedible. The staff seemed uninterested and were gossiping. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future.

If I am ever feeling down, I only need to go to the drive through at the Roseville location. The woman taking orders is straight up throwing love through the speaker. I don’t know who she is, but it has happened a couple of times when I have come through the drive through on a weekday around lunch time. It feels like she is welcoming you into her kitchen and is going to fill you up with everything you need to make it through the rest of your day. Please stay on the speaker mystery lady. You are doing great work. Oh yeah, and the chicken is outstanding as well.

20 min in the drive thru was kinda long. fries were undercooked, and chicken is very good but expensive for small chicken fingers pieces. But good quality and flavor. Nice ketchup packets, and the girl handing the food thru the window was so nice and actually asked if need ketchup. Typical fast food experience.

My friend ordered our meals ahead because we have two toddlers and waiting with them can be a hassle. I showed up ten minutes after we set the order for pickup because I know how busy Cane’s can get. When I arrived, the food wasn’t in the pickup area. I waited a little longer and was still waiting on the order. I spoke with the cashier and they said to wait but didn’t specify that they were working on the order. They proceeded to help several guests order their food. At least five groups that arrived after me ordered and received their meals before I got mine. In total, I waited 35 minutes past the pickup time and 25 minutes once I arrived in the restaurant to finally get our food. Communication wasn’t great and I wasn’t impressed. On top of that, the fries were cold and not crispy. The ice in our drinks (which were brought out shortly after I mentioned that my order wasn’t there) had melted and watered down our beverages by the time everything was said and done. On the plus side, the chicken was delicious.

I was very impressed with the food and service I received here. They were very busy that night, however I never felt as though I was neglected. They took very good care of me and made sure I didn’t feel forgotten or left out. The food and service were phenomenal.
