Currently here at the mall, my sister order a kids meal for her child and the menu shows $6.49 for strips which includes a drink. When the young lady told us the cost it was $9.50 before taxes…when I asked if the meal came with a drink she said yes it does but since we don’t have any small cups we have to charge $3.00 for the drink…. so how is that the customers fault????? That the company isn’t doing inventory check to make sure all products are in stocks. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY AND THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION.. you take advantage of customers…

For the record I rarely leave a bad review, I swear im not being a hater. I work by the mall, my employers literally make fun of me because the many times I come to Charley’s, literally everyday. This place needs to get their *** together, management seems non existence, I had a very short period of time to have launch, I order with the app ahead of time and I come when the app tells me to come.. I been waiting for a sandwich for 25 minutes 90% of my brake gone, its always the same story from Thursday to Sunday its imposible to get nothing in timely manner.. the bald old man that works in the kitchen is the goat, and is the only reason which I and other employees at the mall keep coming to this place. Also if you ask for a manager on the weekends, there is no one to answer. Employees just get mad at you and tells you to come other day during the week..

I ordered the large cheesesteak polished it off and then went back and got a regular. The chef, bald gent with glasses saw me in the line again did a double take and said “you ain’t still hungry…” and I said “I’ve waited 20 years for this. I was 18 the last time I was here!” Still the best Philly cheesteaks.

The only reason why I gave 5 stars is for the employee named Bob. My husband and I ordered food a few minutes ago and he was the only workers. He handled all customers with a smile on his face and as we were eating we watched a crowd of people ordering and waiting and he was 100% giving his all to provide excellent customer service. He was alone cooking, prepping, taking orders and helping. I hope something is done to show appreciation to him and to the employees who left him stranded, shame on you. If it were me they will all be fired. Thank you Bob for your service and you are an amazing person!

My family loves going to Charley’s, but unfortunately this location has been getting worse each and every time. They don’t have ingredients (ex lettuce, mayo, etc.) and they don’t have a lot of employees. It’s sad because they used to be amazing. The manager of this location is very nice and the employees as well but I think they need more employees to keep up with the amount of orders they receive. If I ever go back and they have improved I’ll do an update on my review.
