I purchased an order in the drive thru, which was very busy this morning. I ordered an unsweetened tea and a donut. At the window, I was given a cup, without a straw, a bad with my donut and no napkin. I asked for a straw and napkin, the girl walked away. I waited. After waiting several minutes, I began speaking through the window, excuse me… finally I get noticed. A different clerk approached and I explained what I was waiting for, but also I had tested the tea and it was sweet. She tells me oh, we didn’t brew unsweetened tea, stupid you like a refund? Sure. She walk away. I wait. More time goes by. I see the original clerk, I ask if the refund is too much trouble, can I have a milk or water? Told no because of price difference. I ask if we can finish my transaction. She tells me she is busy taking orders and I have to wait. Other clerk returns. Doesn’t know how to refund me because I paid with app. How about cash? Perfect. I ask for the receipt. Told I can’t have one because a new order has been taken. First clerk comes around and throws receipt tied me yelling “here”! When I ask for their names, I’m told yeah, no. Window gets slammed. I would not recommend this location at all.

The most discourteous staff, no smile, no thank you, just blank faces and irresponsive..when asked for less ice they give more ice, when asked for hot coffee they give a cold one. I wonder how the manager appoint such staff, may be he is like that too. owner asked for good manager they got a bad one.

This place is absolutely disgusting, I will never go back. Tried to order coffee at the drive through this morning and found all the employees rioting, screaming, fighting and trashing the store, it was unbelievable. Appeared to be no management on site. Police were pulling in to lock it down just as I left. This store has been on the decline for years.

Drive thru was down so I had to go in. I was the only one in there and Took 12 minutes to get a bagel toasted w cream cheese. The bagel was cold and barely could see any cream cheese. They were rude and lazy just sitting around chatting. Would not recommend this staff and location.

This was my first time going to a Dunkin. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a suggestion for getting a donuts, I was told to wait and waited for about 2minutes and the worker came back and just asked me what I wanted and made no suggestions. I ordered 2 original donuts as displayed on the menu the worker again asked what king i repeated original. I pulled up waited about 30 seconds and the worker came I gave them a $20 bill. I was handed my donuts and change. I looked in the bag as did not see napkins and asked for some, the worker looked annoyed and turn and got a good stacked and handed it to me. Whole experience was a NO, the donuts where stale, staff was annoyed at me for placing order it seem and I would never go back this Dunkin’ again.

I normally come here but after todays screw up will no longer be coming! I asked for a large vanilla bean coolanta and they didn’t put whipped cream, I asked for a medium refresher and they gave and charged me for a large then proceeded to tell me there was no price difference when I explicitly told them I ordered the medium because it was going to be $2 on the app and the price difference was $2.50 and they “gave” me ONE donut to make up for the difference! You stole $2.50 from me!

I won’t go back there again ever. Been there 3 times. They are rude, they always get the order wrong like it’s hard looking at a screen. When you ask them to correct it they are rude again. Then they tell you they’re out of whatever you want. You’re managers are really so terrible they forget to order everything?
