Went in at 6:40 may 13, 2023. Ordered and paid for 2 dozen donuts. I didn’t check before I left which was my fault. Got home and had 21 donuts, that’s not my fault. I’ll go out of my way to visit the other location in the future.

Ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and it the cup was literally filled 30% coffee and the rest was just foam. Didn’t notice in the hurry in the drive thru but felt stiffed when finding out I only got about 30% for what I ordered. Hope the staff here pay attention to this and make sure customers like me are not disappointed….other than that, looked like a good, clean, nicely run location.

This Dunkin Donut in Greenville ,North Carolina gets 5 stars. Fast friendly service and the shop was very clean. I arrived at closing time and the donuts were fresh !!! I love this location it’s close to the hospital and centrally located in this college town,home of ECU university.

This location has its good and bad days for sure. Coffee is a hit or a miss. And when the coffee is bad…. It’s bad I usually end up throwing it away. If they’re slower (usually at night) I can tell they don’t pay too much attention to customers. Went through the drive thru around 7pm for some donuts for me and my son and there was hardly any communication from the worker and she kept ringing up my donuts incorrectly. I herd laughter coming from inside the store as well. Just overall it wasn’t a good experience. Workers seemed far too distracted talking amongst each other they forgot how customer service works. Which is literally their job. After several not so great experiences in the past several months I can give this place 2 stars. I’m not returning I’ll go to another coffee shop across the road.

This location appears to lack leadership. Upon arrival it appeared to be understaffed given the wait time at the drive through. When we pulled up to the window, the drive through attendant was very courteous. However, our order wasn’t ready and it took at while for it to be made. The location wasn’t understaffed, There were at least 5 people standing around. Two employees were making drinks for themselves while also talking on the phone. Meanwhile the drive thru attendant is making all orders and drinks by himself.

One star because they open early. Second star because they had what i ordered. The donuts were just donuts. Nothing spectacular. In fact they made me mad they were so plain. I went back they the drive thru & told them i ordered a glazed chocolate donut. The guy said it is…smdh…NO IT IS NOT. What kind of glaze is this. The donut was plain chocolate that was sticky like soaked in corn syrup but dry. You know that dry sticky feel when u touch something nasty. The blueberry donuts weren’t good but i ate it so i didn’t waste my money. Husband liked his jelly donuts. He said, “it was alright”. Is Dunkin Donuts going down now that they are so popular? Is it ok to slack up now? Can i get a REAL DONUT PLEASE?! GEE WIZ..WHAT IS THIS MESS?? Pretty food aint nowhere if it dont taste right! Booooooo

Go here almost every morning now with very few issues and anything wrong was quickly fixed. Staff is usually very friendly and tries to be as quick as possible. The inside has a “bar” vibe with iced drinks on tap and tall tables. Usually take the drive thru but everything looked clean when we ordered inside.
