Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru after placing my order. One of my items was the impossible burger meal. I got to the window and after having paid was told they didn’t have it so I asked for a refund on that one item. They then told me that they do have it. I get home and took a bite and it’s a beef patty with bacon, cheese, and jalapenos.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Did a mobile order for 2 bacon king meals & chicken fries, went to pick it up. Waited inside for 25min for them to tell me they didn’t have bacon. Waited another 15min to get my order. Checked my food, I was missing a burger. They gave me my burger and I went to my car and check if the burgers were made right, one of them wasn’t. Went back inside and waited another 20min to get it fixed. Mind you the whole time I waited no one was helping customers that were trying to dine in, while waiting for my food. I seen people walk out or just stand there waiting to be helped. I’ll never be back to this Burger King again. I have no idea how it’s still open

This was a couple of days ago. I was very iffy about stopping by here after looking at reviews, but my daughter & I love BK’s onion rings so we decided to stop here since we were in the area visiting a family member. The lobby was very cleaned, we were welcomed in by a young man ( employee). We ordered our food and dined in. Andrea was the name of the manager who took our order and was very nice and very patient with us since my little ones were undecided on what they wanted. Once we got our order I checked all our food and everything was good. Our food came out fresh and hot. If I could give a 10 star I would. I’m guessing from previous reviews this store made some major changes or hired a new crew. Over all I would recommend this BK to family and friends in the area. Go in and ask for Andrea very sweet and very nice person.

I was the only car in the drive thru on a Monday around 2:45 so the restaurant didn’t appear to be busy. Ordered a Mexican OCS meal, no special instructions, wanting to try something new. After paying for my meal I was forgotten about. I don’t mind waiting, which was several minutes, but I was asked to pay again, presuming I was the vehicle behind me. When I informed I already paid and reminded what my order was, I was asked to pull forward to a parking spot. Less than 30 seconds pass when the same employee that told me to pull forward walks out in my direction holding a bag. I drive home leaving that odd interaction. It isn’t until after I get home that I realize there was no ketchup. I didn’t have much opportunity to ask for ketchup. Also, the Mexican OCS was missing the queso. Mexican OCS is bun, chicken patty, queso, and crispy jalapeno chips. So forgetting the queso seems quite the oversight. BE WARNED. If service is this bad when it’s not busy, I wouldn’t dare chance it when they have more customers. No sympathy from this patron when these kinds of employees are replaced by robots.

Moving this review rating from a 5 star to a 1 based on my last 3 orders at this restaurant. First of the last three they had no cheese and can’t refund my payment if I didn’t want my burgers without cheese. 2nd order was a mobile order and they didn’t have strawberry shakes thag I paid for. Again, same issue no refunds so had to go through the app and the app does not allow refunds either. 3 days and 3 follow up emails later I got a coupon I didn’t want. Today (can’t seem to learn my lesson) I went again and was told that now all mobile orders have to be picked up inside, got down and had to re explain the order. It’s not as big an issue as the first two times but with better fast foot options nearby, I am not coming here again. 1 star. Sad because I always said this was by far the best BK in SA and worth the extra few minute drive.

The staff here are both professional and polite. I had a special order they took the time to make it correctly with a smile. The food was good and the wait short. The price was reasonable, look forward to returning.

Got food poisoning her Friday Aug 4 at 6pm. Cashier was rude and some customers were screaming at the register. I enjoyed my meal but have been vomiting with chills all weekend ever since and diarrhea

Waited in line for like 15 minutes Keith didn’t even speak had an attitude. Then gave us cold fries and meat wasnt even cooked all the way. Wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my money. My soda was nasty as well. Biggest not even cooked all the way…. Never again
