Tried to order in the drive through but couldn’t hear anything so after several attempts to communicate I just drove up to the window so I could hear better and place my order. The person at the window immediately brought their manager over (not sure why??) and the manager started yelling at me for cutting in line (I just drove forward) and demanding that I drive back around and place my order through the drive through speaker. After 30 seconds of listening to this lady yell at me about how horrible I am I just drove off – I didn’t even know what to say in response. I have never had a worse experience at a drive through. This never happens at Starbucks.

I was really taken back how one of the managers Jade was rude to me for walking back in the store after leaving the drive through. Her attitude and body language and facial expression was unbelievable. She was angry and sassy towards me before I even said a word. Even her workers and other managers noticed and apologized for her behavior. I’m usually not the one to go out of my way to leave reviews but this has happened before with the same person. It seems like she is not happy but this is not what customer service looks like..This needs to stop.

I went in to order a drink for my boyfriend and I. I paid and once the order went through and the workers started to work on it, a girl worker said “imagine paying $6 for a drink”, scoffed and then laughed. Her coworkers laughed. We were the only people in there and yet she still made that comment super loudly and while I was still in front of her. Not one of those workers told her to at least wait until we left before she commented. I went in there to pay for a drink, not her opinion. Besides that, this Dunkin is always clean and fine but that interaction definitely made me feel weird

Went to say my order the person taking the orders was extremely rude so I politely asked to speak to manager and expressed professionally and calmly to the worker who was rude that her tone could b better….instead of the manager dealing with the issue she tryed to deflect the situation stating the worker was a minor mine you I did not disrespect the worker I addressed her the right way the manager shut the door in my face after telling me I’m holding up the line which I wasn’t they didn’t even give me all my items then manager proceeds to speak to me disrespectful as if she wanted to fight the asked the manger for someone higher ups number she wouldn’t give it to me then I asked for her name and she wouldn’t give it to me this was at 5:16 PM on 3/13/2023 store number 352415

January 04,2023 around 7:30A.M. The employees name was Kass, she was very rude to the customer at the drive the through window. First off calling me a bro at the window and saying i didnt pay for whip cream is just ridiculous behavior. I asked for whip cream with a frozen macha latte but there machine was broke so i changed my order to an iced macha latte with whip cream. She took my card a way from my hand at the window when I arrived. After I paid, i saw she the iced macha without whip cream so I asked again for it, since i ordered it. Then she told me“bro you didn’t even pay for it.” Like if i was wasting her time!! If you’re going to work in customer service, in the morning, in a coffee/food related job… You should not be rude, and unprofessional. Dunkin should be disappointed for allowing such rude and lazy employees. All i wanted was the drink i ordered and i was treated very very poorly. This has not been the only time I’ve delt with awful customer service
