I love using the McDonald’s app. Today I learned that they have QR code scanners at the register. Ordering inside was easy. Since I’ve started using the McDonald’s app, I get coupons that help me save money. I also like getting digital receipts when I order food through the app. It’s also nice having multiple options on how the food is delivered to you after ordering online. Another great feature is having payment methods stored in the app, so I don’t have to have my physical cards on me. I had a good experience today, I got a free reward through the McDonald’s app. Thank you!

When I asked why the line was so slow (between just ordering at the drive thru and the pay window) the employee said understaffed.
