I was in town for classes at Baylor University and stopped by for a cold drink. The young lady serving was very pleasant and polite. We went back the other day and she remembered us and our order the day before. I thought that was cool and customer friendly. I tried the Butter Pecan Crunch Frozen Coffee. The service was great.

Don’t get me wrong, I love dunkin. However, nearly every time I go, they are out of at least 1 thing that I am trying to order. Whoever is in charge of inventory management needs to step it up. Today, they were out of medium and large cups; what?!? At 11am no less. Many times, they are out of everything bagels, or have given me lukewarm coffee, or coffee with grounds in it, etc. It’s not the quality that I expect from a dunkin. It can be better. Maybe if the employees got paid more that would help.

Picked up an Uber order from and got aggressively yelled at by an older black lady with short to bald hair. I waited 20 minutes for an order which I didn’t mind. They kept only giving me one item at a time and sending me on my way and the order had 3 items so I had to keep asking for the other items on the order. A mean lady from the back came up and called out the hash browns i been waiting on so I walk up to counter to get them and she snatched order back and yells THIS IS NOT FOR YOU THIS IS FOR HIM HE HAS BEEN WAITING HERE AND STANDING HERE. Mind you the young man she is talking about came in 10 minutes after me so how has he been there longer than me? First of all I don’t care how old you are you do not yell at people like you are their parents. My parents don’t even talk to me like that so I informed her rude self that I’ve been waiting here longer than anyone else in the restaurant. Then she comes back to her co workers saying she gave the wrong order to someone. See you if you would’ve minded your business and stayed in the back then you wouldn’t get orders wrong plus if you are in the back how would you know who has been waiting longer then the other person. When you assume you make an a** out of yourself. She has no business yelling at people like that and needs re training on customer service better yet needs to be fired. I’ve never had someone yell at me the way she did. Very unprofessional for someone her big age.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place. I came trying to use a coupon and the worker didn’t let me use it stating I had to pay the total. Everyone was completely ignorant, no welcoming personalities or thank you’s. I said i needed a moment to read the menu as it was my first time at Dunkin’ and they weren’t patient at all, sighing and looking through the window in drive thru as if I couldn’t see them. Charnique was the one who attended me at the window and she was so disrespectful, I asked her for a water cup and she was completely disrespectful towards me, she had a ugly face towards me and didn’t try to seem welcoming at all. DO NOT GO TO DUNKIN! Dutch bros or Starbucks are way better options im telling you rn!

I hate to leave such a bad review but this was the worst experience I’ve had at Dunkin. This morning I ordered an iced coffee but forgot to ask for creamer at the speaker. When they handed me my coffee I immediately saw it was black and asked if they could add creamer. The girl named Kashanti said that she couldn’t give me any creamer and literally slammed the window shut. I waited until she opened it again and asked again nicely and she said to pull forward and turned to the other male worker and said “I already told her I couldn’t give it to her—“ and closed the window. I was right there when she proceeded to talk badly about me before she shut the window. I was upset so I just parked and got off to get creamer. The girl in the front simply gave me a cup filled with creamer which was all I was asking. I don’t know why the other young lady couldn’t do that. I wasn’t asking for a lot. I was kindly asking for creamer and it’s disappointing that they made me feel like I was asking for an arm and a leg when all I wanted was creamer. I’ve also been a fast food worker and I understand it can get frustrating but at the end of the day that’s no excuse to take out your frustration on a customer.
