Bojangles should be a shame of themselves. My daughter got her food from Popeye’s and look at the photos comparing Bojangles vs Popeye’s chicken tenders meal. Popeyes tenders were twice the size of Bojangles. And her Popeye’s meal cost less than mine.

Lunch time, no fries or chicken. They have you pull up off the drive-through pad to keep their time down. Then, have you back up to get your food. I love this food but hate the concord location. Corporate needs to correct the issues with a mile long page of bad reviews.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I stood in front of the counter over 10min expecting someone to take my order, I asked the young lady bagging the food up if anyone planned on taking my order she said she would in a second, but then left and took an order outside. Before doing so she asked another worker to take my order and they said they would take it for me, but then this old lady began asking the customers that where already seated and ignored me still while I had already been there for more than 10 minutes, and never took my order. I would never be back, they are slow and do not care about the customers. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO GO! don’t recommend anyone going here. If I could rate negative i would do -4 stars.

I asked for a 16 tender meal. I only got 12 pieces and some were just breading with no chicken. The macaroni and cheese was burnt. Then they charged us over $50. Not worth the money. Stopping there was a big mistake.

Just sat at drive thru for (5) min watching (5) employees standing at the front counter. It wasn’t until I started taking photos of the crew when a female got on the speaker to tell me that they weren’t taking orders due to a shift change. By “shift change” you mean standing around & talking on cell phones. Fire the manager!!

Ordered a spicy blackened chicken with bacon and cheese added. Got no bacon or cheese. Asked for a sauce added for the $14 order and told it was an additional $.27. After reading reviews I see why no one was in line at lunch.

They were out of chicken tenders, and didn’t have enough wings to replace the order. Also was out of mac n cheese when I paid the up charge on the app. I understand that apps are not accurate to what they may currently have but out of two different types of chicken? Also had to wait in the parking lot multiple times at this location for standard items. Watched the guy who was making one of my replacement items drop the bag on the floor before putting my food in it. Will not go back to this location.

Don’t come here after 9pm when it clearly states closes at 10!!! Last night I ordered my food for pickup after leaving work got in line at 9:25, only to find out after i get to the speaker that no one is answering, picture below shows employees walking around.. car before me took a picture of as well and probably posted it on social media. Manager I finally spoke to when they were walking out said i would have to “get my order at another store” another employee when i mentioned about that it states they close at 10, was like “we need to get that changed” I finally got a refund after the manager was no help and had a attitude when I would ask about corporate manager number or to get my food. This location keeps this up and they will probably need to find a whole new management with how the current staff us treating customers.
