I was calling to get my food delivered to my work and was speaking with a woman who was unbelievably rude. I asked her if she could drop off my food in the back of the building because my co workers had told me that they were able to do that. She proceeded to tell me that they don’t do that and told me she would “ cancel my order if i didn’t stop arguing!” I had asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. I will never call or go to that Jimmy Johns again! You don’t treat customers like that!

I went into their store, look up at the TV with their menu and order the #1 which has ham and cheese as the ingredients listed next yo it. I get it and check, and it has mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes on it too. I ask them and tell them that it only had that next to it on the menu, and instead of being understanding and redoing it with just ham and cheese, they send when of their employees out to find where it says it comes with that. He spends over a minute and finally finds it on the far left side of the menu from where what I ordered was. After this, they still did nothing. The staff was clearly just college kids with little knowledge on customer service. Would not recommend going under any circumstances.

Disappointing location. I made a mistake on my online order so I immediately called the store to request that it be changed (I order a Billy Club but meant to order a Beach Club). They assured me it would be fine and they would make the change. When I got there, my order included a Billy Club and no Beach Club. Two of the employees were on their phones the whole time, the person that helped me was visibly annoyed the moment I walked in. The bread was ULTRA HARD, something I have never encountered at a Jimmy John’s (like it had both been baked to long and then left out). By far the worst service from a Jimmy John’s.

Walked in last night (9-2-21 at about 9:35). There was a young, heavyset woman at the cash register with multiple nose piercings. She was very clearly at her wits end about something and appeared to be upset with my family and me for coming in. We did not feel welcome. The first words out of her mouth, after she ostensibly looked away and shook her head several times, was, “Do you know what you want?” I gave her my order – a Big John and a coke; a Slim 3 with a Sprite. She placed two medium cups on the counter. Then my daughter gave her order – a No. 6 with chips and a large Sprite – at this point, the employee slammed a medium cup on the counter so loudly, it startled us. I was taken aback and asked, “Are you OK?” She didn’t make eye contact but said, “I’m fine. Is that it?”

I have been to this location several times. 95% of the time has been takeout. There are two tables outside, so one nice day I was able to eat outside which I appreciated. Has been what I expected for a Jimmy John’s sub, employees are efficient. I plan to keep stopping at this Jimmy John’s, I like the location. They remind you to put in your phone number for the rewards program as well which has been helpful a time or two until I got in the habit.

We have been here so many times and always love it. Jimmy John’s was one of our “go to” quick dinners. Stopped today, ordered 4 subs. The bread is so hard, you could play drums on it. Super disappointed. My dad said, “good thing my teeth are still good,” as he’s tapping a pencil against his sub to show how hard it is.
