DO NOT GO HERE. Ratchet service. I ordered 4 drinks in the app, took them 30 minutes to get them to me. While I was waiting in the stall for my drinks, I tried to push the order button to contact them on the status of my order and no one answered for the FULL 30 minutes. When I finally got my drinks, the car hop handed me 3/4 of my drinks, and I stopped and asked for the drink carrier I had ordered. She rolled her eyes at me, sighed, and when back to go get it, all while taking my last drink with her back inside. When she returned with my carrier and my last drink, I drove home immediately due to my groceries. When I got home, this is how 2/4 drinks looked. My Dr. Pepper which was ordered with sweet cream, looks like it has floating pieces of toilet paper in it. My route 44 water, was HALF EMPTY and the cup was all stretched up when she came back with it. My drinks were TAMPERED WITH. After 3 phone calls to corporate, and 0 progress, I am DONE with Sonic. I’ve already called, they won’t give me a refund, absolutely ridiculous. And of course I’ll get some generic comment back saying “we’re sorry to hear that, call this number.” Guess what, I already have and they told me I couldn’t get a refund!!!!!!!

We got a burger combo and a popcorn chicken combo. The specialty drinks we orders are really good as well as the tots! But the popcorn chick we ordered bere barely covered in any of the BBQ and are overcooked.

Chris in the AM shift should not be working here. I went through the order twice and still ended up with an incorrect order. I even kindly asked him to repeat the order (which he should without me asking him to). I don’t get why the am shift service is inconsistent compared to the night crew…. I’ll come back today to be compensated but I’m still disappointed. I can offer service better than that.

Ordered a burrito and 2 chicken slingers, paid, waited over 30 minutes. Finally, walked up to see what the deal was and they were too busy preparing Grub hub orders and I was the only car there. Horrible service and they just shrug it off and say their manager makes them prepare GrubHub orders first, before physical customers?…Then, I was told it will take 5-7 days for refund .. I can basically make everything on their menu with my eyes closed at home, just didn’t feel like doing it tonight.. Will do from now on because it wasn’t worth all the bugs that flew in my car…Just read these reviews …. I’m kind of glad that I didn’t actually get my food because wow. what a joke. nasty……

I’m not one to usually leave reviews but something really needs to change with this location. I’ve been twice in the last few weeks and it’s just taken forever each time. It usually takes long because I think they’re pretty understaffed but upon going tonight I waited at the order kiosk for like 30 minutes. And then I was told it would only be another minute so I asked the lady how much longer cause I had already been there for a long time. Keep in mind, there were only two people ahead of me in line and I was probably waiting in total for about 45 minutes.
