People with food allergies beware: Two weeks ago I asked for a drink w/ almond milk because I am lactose intolerant. The girl taking the order seems to have trouble hearing and made my drink with regular milk. When I brought my drink back and kindly told them that it was made wrong, she was passive aggressive about having to make the drink again. Went again today and the same girl took my order, clearly understood I asked for almond milk, charged me for almond milk, then made the drink with regular milk again. Your other customers may not be able to tell the difference, but as a former barista and someone with lactose intolerance, I promise you I knew the difference in the first few sips.

Employees are verrrry slow. When I asked where my order was after waiting 15 mins, they were like “sorry were just busy” and nobody was there. I also don’t think they really know how to use the mobile orders. It seemed like they weren’t even aware that I had placed a mobile order when I asked them about it.

honestly the worst starbucks i have ever been to. i’ve given this place so many chances i can’t even count over the course of the past year and there is not one time i’ve had a smooth interaction here. they run out of everything immediately but won’t tell you until you’ve waited in line for 25 minutes. don’t go here honestly it’s such a waste of time and money

Completely understaffed. The wait is way too long but if you adjust when you order online you might be able to get your food on time. I didn’t get my food on time so I went to class and came back to pick it up. My chocolate croissant wasn’t there so I asked the employee and she said there’s nothing they can do about it even though I already paid for it. When I went back to pick up my drink I heard another customer ask another employee for the manager. After that customer, I asked the employee if she was already getting the manager. I didn’t complain to the employee or anything, just asked her if she was already getting the manager for the other customer. The manager was right next to her and turned out to be the previous employee I asked for my croissant. Only then did she say that she could give me a voucher for my missing croissant which I was completely happy to take. Then she scolded me to never talk to her employees like that again. Like ok, good you care about your employees but I didn’t complain once, just asking simple questions, didn’t raise my voice once.

Most of the staff look completely lost when preparing orders. They also like to let friends skip the line and make their drinks first. Don’t be surprised if they “accidentally” missed your order. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a cold brew after reminding them twice that I was still waiting.

Super slow service! They have like ten people working there, and yet I waited 30 minutes for a frappuccino. The staff make no effort in their work either, my frapuccino was more liquid than thick, it was like drinking iced coffee, they mispelled my nickname, and you can tell that they have no idea what they’re doing. The old Starbucks was not like that. Never again! That’s another one to the list of the awful places to eat at the renovated PMU.

I understand that they might be understaffed, but out of the 4 workers there today only ONE was pulling their weight. The girl at the register was so slow, and even after my friend repeated her order she still put it in wrong. The two people making drinks other than the one girl were moving extremely slow with 0 sense of urgency even though the waiting area was packed full of people. They were out of matcha and didn’t tell the people who ordered them until they went up and asked 45 minutes later after they’re paid and waited. My friends and I waited over an HOUR for 2 refreshers and 2 chais. People shouldn’t have to wait this long for simple drinks and when they do, they should be compensated. Please instill urgency and good work ethic in your employees because service like this is absolutely unacceptable.

You can taste the lack of effort. Sluggish workers and it took me 20 minutes to get my drink. Also I got a Frappuccino with no whip cream and I saw the guy accidentally put whipped cream in it and just swipe it out then mix it up to hide it

Staff are friendly and I feel bad bc they’re always so busy. But even when they’re not busy they screw my order up. I can’t order anything with cream anymore bc they will drown my drink in it (even when I specify light cream).
