Hadn’t had Popeyes chicken in a very long time. The last time it was so disappointing and expensive but today I just had to have some spicy fried chicken and since I have never been to this particular Popeyes I gave it a try. IT WAS AWESOME. The service, the price, and above all the chicken. The chicken itself was fried to perfection and hot and crispy. The size of the chicken pieces was good, not like from a miniature chicken. The biscuits and Cajun rice also were awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

Overall, it was okay. I can say they food was good and fresh . I didn’t like that I had to be up charged for a drink because supposedly they didn’t have any small lids, i had to return a cup because a hair was inside of it and the fact that the drink machine where ice comes out is full of mold which should probably be a health code violation but again the food was really good.

Purposely holding the drive through line up to get folks to pull off so they don’t have to serve them. Employees coming in and out of the back door of the restaurant watching the drive through line. If they spent more time inside working instead of waiting to get off work they’d gotten a better review. Shameful. Making each car wait 10-15 minutes before allowing them to order.

Service was non-existent for indoor dining. Stood in line (with five people ahead of us) for over 15 minutes with no one being able to complete their order as the line of customers continued to grow out the door. Not sure what the problem was but we finally left and went somewhere else to eat lunch.

Placed an order online & received the completely wrong order. Called the location 4 times before they close and no one picks up. Mailbox is apparently full. Ordered and paid for an 8 piece spicy w Cajun fries. Received a 3 piece non spicy w fries, mash and a drink.

I’m going to give them just what they gave me-nothing. It’s 3/16/23 and I just left Peopyes Chicken. When I first pulled up to the window, they told me to hold on they were doing shift change( that took about 3 min), then she told me to go ahead an order. I ordered a special they had on a wing meal for 10.39- she said mild or spicy? I said ‘ can I have mixed, she said hold on’ we don’t have spicy, so I’m like-okay well just give me mild then. She said- drive around- I drove up and then she said- ” We don’t have any wings ready, it’s going to be around a 10-15 minute wait. I’m like okay- I’ll just go somewhere else. I don’t know what’s wrong with these fast food places around here, but they are just pitiful. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE…. Spent close to $80 on food. They didn’t give us 1/3 of anything we ACTUALLY ordered. The DM said that he would replace the food but of course we live 35 mins away from there. And it was already near 8pm it would have been 9:30 before getting home to feed the kids. No thanks. And the he refused to help is any further. This place is horrible. AVOID AT ALL COST.. Go right down the road to KFC….

Went through the drive-thru and patiently waited in line for at least 20 minutes. All I ordered was a large Cajun fries. When I finally made it up to the window and paid for my order she handed me a bag with a small box of fries. I asked if that was supposed to be large and she said that they were out of the large boxes. I pointed out that I was charged for a large fries and she again told me that they were out of large boxes. I pointed out that I always get a large box full of fries and she gave me a small box full of fries but still charged me for a large. The manager shouted out that they were out of large boxes and I told her that they shouldn’t have charged me for a large if they didn’t have a large. She told the young lady to give me a second “small” box of fries to go with the first box I already received. Still wasn’t enough to make a large but I left at this point. I immediately started to eat them while heading home and both boxes were barely even warm. That particular store almost always gets people’s orders wrong and has messed mine up the last 3 times I went there. I figured that surely I could just order fries and get what I paid for, but I was wrong! At least they’re consistent. I know several people who always have had problems there and they warned me not to go to that store. I wish that I would have taken their advice.

This place is sad. Waited 35 minutes for a pretty basic family meal. The management was horrible. He actually was washing the front door while his employees were struggling to complete orders. I would totally understand waiting if they were really busy but that was not the case. When I finally received the order, the quality was horrible (see pictures) the sides were wrong and there was absolutely no remorse for serving a customer something that I seriously doubt they would eat their selves. (See pictures) one star is being pretty generous. You have lost me as a customer and anyone who asks what I think of this location.
