We come to this place a lot as we’re currently homeless and the ease of points, price and food is what brings us here. Sadly the last few days I’ve been here, there has been an employee in the back making embarrassing comments about my fiance and I and the way we order. She has a terrible attitude and just makes the feel and experience over all bad. Needs to be fixed. As well as when ordering a diet coke and a Dr pepper, we were only give two diet cokes. This just feels like a joke.

Worst service ever. 17$ an hr and they will look at you at you and go oh you need your coke still one minute. And walk away with your receipt! Used the McDonald’s app to go through the drive thru. Took FOREVER well after the dinner rush, and was cash only, fortunately for me that wasn’t an issue. But service took far too long. It is often closed sporadically here as well, I assume they are having staffing issues

Terrible McDonald’s. Drive thru line was ridiculously long. You would think that means the food is fresh, but after waiting 20 minutes I got cold food + my order was wrong. Ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and got a plain hamburger with mayo. What? How do you mess up that hard?

Bianca is the #1 worker, she’s the only reason I rated this 4 stars. My one complaint is that the tall hunky manager with glasses talks SOOOOOO loud. Bro needs to learn how to zip it, lock it, and put it in his pocket ♂️. He doesn’t know the difference from an indoor to an outdoor voice. He’s a meanie to his employees and the old lady (Pat) takes her job way too seriously. I asked for salt and she took it out of her POCKET ☠️ gotta be some kinda health violation.

I asked for a double cheeseburger mayo only. The paper on the outside of my burger said no onions and no ketchup add mayo. When I opened my it had extra onions, pickles, and mayo all over the outside of the bun! Then half way through eating it the bun started to feel cold in my fingers and it was mushy in my mouth so I had to throw it out because it was just the worst burger I’ve ever had from McDonald’s!! Never again!

Ive decided I’d rather drive to a different location JUST to get McDonald’s. This location took out the drink station completely, and the young woman cashier with glasses, couldnt have been more than 15, was so incredibly rude and impatient. Ordering, she didnt want to listen to my order as she continued to bad mouth the customer that was served prior to me. I waited 20 minutes for my Large fry and Large drink, and would have continued to wait unless I went up to the counter. She then replied with a cocky attitude “it was already served” when I kept telling her it wasnt, she kept talking over me and said it was already served. As a young adult who once worked at the same McDonald’s back in 2015, I was appaled by the behavior that was being allowed to occur behind the counter by this young woman and her coworker. The manager handled my order, yet this seems to be a constant issue at McDonald’s. Sometimes us healthcare workers just want a lunch, not served with an attitude. Shape up Franklin McDonald’s.

Someone bought me french fries here once when I was in the drive through. Which I later found it’s called paying it forward. It was 2010 maybe but I don’t really go here. I wish more items are vegetarian friendly. Try the black iced coffee, no cream no sugar, it’s healthy.

Well you bet to have a lot of time on your hands not only does the drive t move slow if you go inside it takes just a long but if you happen to go inside will we see a comedy show the complete grew including the manager are completely lost its a laugh I once was in the second drive thur and they kept getting the first line drive thur and never came to the second drive thur this McDonald’s has definitely taken the fast out if fast food omg no lies stay away untill they fix all the issues
