This is One of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too . They provide great service and go the extra mile. The employees are Fun, friendly, and don’t mind taking the extra time to make your iced coffee or coffee etc…. just the way you like it. I highly recommend going to this Dunkin’ Donuts location specifically because I know you will be treated right.

Says open til 10pm. went there at 8:50 and it was dark as a boot and no orders were being taken but the people were inside standing around. If you close early in the winter/spring it’d be nice to know!! Can’t really run on dunkin if they’re not open when it says they are.

Today at Dunkin there was a really nice lady I deeply appreciated. I have just received my permit yesterday and that was my first drive through, and she made it a good first experience. After ordering and coming up to the window it’s a bit before we get the first drink. After a bit she comes to the window and says “sorry for the wait I didn’t like the way it was made so I remade it” this was a very honest explanation and she did what was best for the customer. a bit longer after we got our other drinks and then when it was time for us to get the munchkins she hands us 50 munchkin pack instead of 25 because of the longer time it took for us to get our things. This is the best experience I’ve ever had a Dunkin and I want to say thank you very much.

Me and my friends went through the drive thru and the lady that was giving us our stuff was so honest and nice! When she didn’t think the drink was made well she remade it without extra charge and was honest and gave use extra munchkins bc we were waiting for a while! Great experience!

This place has gone down hill since the new owners took over. The building is 1 year old but doesn’t seem to get cleaned often. The bathrooms are equally gross. Don’t waste you time here!

I understand that the dunkachino was taken off the menu a while back. However, I’ve been ordering a half coffee, half hot chocolate drink since then. It’s the same drink. I’m always charged for the hot chocolate which is fine. It usually comes to about 5$. At the Belfast dunkin today, I was told they’d need to charge me for a coffee and a hot chocolate. This is there “new” policy. I am completely aware of food costs. I don’t need an economics lesson when I’m trying to order coffee. Instead of paying 9$ for a drink that should have cost less than 5$, I bought nothing and left. This is how to fight inflation people!!
