The store manager informed me that the paying customers that order online are not as important as the in-store customers and he will always prioritize the in-store customers (probably because he doesn’t have to interact with the online customers) and they will help the in-store customers before they do any online orders. Be very cautious ordering online from these guys, as you might be in for a long wait. Apparently if you do an online order your money isn’t as good as the in-store customer?

I’m from longview washington and make it a point to stop off at this panda express all the time I’m in vancouver. The food is always fresh and exceptionally good! and the customer service . Employee Christina is AMAZING! I’ve seen her working by herself and there’s a long line and she is quick and always greets the customer with a smile and phenomenal customer service which is unfortunately a dying issue.

Don’t order online we always go here and they stuff the boxes. Ordered online and the boxes were only filled 3/4 the way. There tons of Chinese restaurants near by that will PACK THEM! If you’re going in person you’re good, for online orders, order elsewhere

I’m always hopeful in ordering an egg roll, yet always disappointed in the soggy, rancid offering. They are made ahead & blah.

Went here for lunch the other day and they had someone greeting the guests s taking orders who was extraordinarily friendly (I believe his name was Michael). I work in the service industry so I’d say I’m pretty good at recognizing fakers but his smile and demeanor struck me as genuine.

I watched a tall skinny younger woman come out of the bathroom here with her blue gloves on. Go behind the counter to answer a phone and then after hanging up the phone she immediately went to boxing up orders without so much as changing her gloves let alone washing her hands. THERE IS NO CONFUSION about what I seen. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND WE WILL NEVER eat here again.

Normally I come in lunch hrs when is fresher food, but unfortunately came in today Sunday evening 30mnts before closing and barely had any food in there trays. I asked for 3 plates to go and most of them I asked for chow main and the one that they had in their tray was a small quantity and it looked old and dry and I asked the cashier to make me some fresh one and they said they will cause the one they had was old so waited 20mnt so they can make me fresh food and they end up giving me what they had. The Manager did apologize for the wait but they still give me what they want not what I asked

On hwy 99 their plates are super small and sad. Just hope you get anybody but the filipina. She probably gets a kick giving out small portions.
