2 stars because my first experience was great, but tonight was completely different. We placed a takeout order and the host seemed annoyed the whole time, and our food was terrible. Very sad experience as it is hard to find a good place to go that is consistent. I understand that people make mistakes or have off days, but there has to be some quality control. Most of our pizza was crust.

We always get great service and great food! Julie was fantastic and made us aware of any specials. My husband enjoyed a great old fashioned. Our daughter joined us and needed to leave early and Julie made sure our food got out in a timely manner. She makes our dining experience very enjoyable. The food is fantastic and the service is great! Highly recommend!

I’m going to start this out by saying I used to love Flo’s. I would send people here and tell them about it ALL the time. After today, not until something changes. Our waitress (Julie D) was inattentive the whole time. We watched as she walked into the kitchen area with a dustpan and started shouting about how it needed to be cleaned this weekend and that it should have been done last week. Then after we ate we waited for a half hour before she even thought about bringing us a bill or a box. This was after we watched her go into the kitchen area again and WITHOUT gloves on, doubt she washed her hands either, show one of the kitchen staff what lettuce was to be used and drop it back where she got it from. The food was excellent, but the service, the lack of professionalism and lack of food safety measure from a waitress was appalling. At any point we could have just left and she wouldn’t have had a clue. She never looked over to us, never checked in on us and as previously stated, waited forever to bring us our check. This was especially frustrating because with three waitresses on duty there was only four tables, we seemed to be her only one in her section. A party of five later joined and was attentively served by separated waitress. In fact, she was able to begin service on them very quickly of which I could witness in the twenty five plus minutes it took for Julie to come out of the waitress booth pow wow that was going on in the back.

Hubby and I had a nice relaxing, Sunday lunch at Flo’s today. The manager, Steve visited our table a few times to check on us and thanked us for spending our Sunday afternoon with them. Our waitress Angelina was very attentive and checked on us several times, she was also very friendly. Brittany the cook did a fabulous job making our deluxe and dilly dally pizzas. We will be back on again, probably another Sunday afternoon! 🙂

My husband and I have been coming here for years, and it’s always a great experience! Julie is our go-to server, and she is amazing! The food is always delicious, the service is incredible, and we love sitting out on the patio in the summer. The Atlantic is our usual meal order, along with the spinach artichoke dip and wood-fired old fashioneds.

Food and atmosphere here was great! They have really good gluten free crust but even the normal pizza is awesome! Julie was our server and we never had to wait long for any service despite a huge crowd of (which seemed like slightly unexpected) people.

Our 1st time here this last weekend on a lil getaway & we will be back! The food was delish. Classic Italian! There was 5 of us & we all loved what we ordered It was hard to choose but our waitress Shelby was very informative & had excellent suggestions even for apps & desserts.
