My food was good, couldn’t complain . The service depends on who’s waiting on you. Some of them could care less ,but the ones that do are very helpful and friendly.

Went through the drive thru and the fries you can tell was the last bit. They was all very hard. My dog wouldn’t even eat them and he loves curly fries. Take the extra few minutes to make some fresh.

Our family went to Arby’s after a day of swimming. We sat at the driv-thru for 15 minutes. We then had to yell to get them to take our order. And we was the only one in line. Nobody else was there. So there was no excuse for not taking our order. Then we got to the window to pay and get our food it took another 20 minutes to do that. When I looked in the window and there was plenty of people there to work so I don’t understand why it took this long. When we got home to eat our food it was disgusting. I’ll never go there again.

I’ve only been to this Arby’s twice. Once through the drive thru and once dining inside.

Short of staff. Ordered a loaded fries. Got home with my order and they didn’t put the sweet and hot sauce on my fries. We took them back and was told they were out of that sauce which they did not tell me at the time of ordering. I would have made another selection if I had known. Poor way of doing business!!!!

We arrived and tried to open the door, Friday. There was No sign to announce drive thru only. As a handicapped person, it would have been respectful to have a sign, that stated the dining room was closed at lunchtime, so I didn’t have to leave the car . We ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich and an Arby’s classic with lettuce tomato and mayo. We paid the kind employee, was given our purchase and drove to a parking spot to eat. The beef and cheddar was perfect. Remember the commercial “Where’s the beef?”? The classic was opened with the correct condiments and vegetables but absolutely Zero meat. By this time, the drive thru line is into the roadway. My husband walked to interrupt the drive thru line for the beef addition. Absolutely frustrating. We normally take things in stride. However our entire visit was annoying. Hope at least, that a sign is posted if the drive thru is the only ordering option and hope no one else has to return asking WHERE’S THE BEEF?

Lawrenceburg Arby’s is, well, an Arby’s. Bet your last dollar they mess something up with your order but they’re also generous in making it right. Like most places, they’re short staffed and it takes a while to get through the ordering process and get your food, but they do manage to keep things well stocked and the inside dining area clean.

I have been through this drive thru many times, but the service the past few times has been excellent. The drive thru attendant is enthusiastic and even takes time to say hello to my dogs when I stop at the window. My order has always been correct at this location and the food has always been fresh.

Since when does a double beef and cheddar not have red ranch? It would have been nice to know that the sandwich ingredients had been changed.
